Gorgeous resort at an excellent location! The accommodation is beautiful and there are many spots on the property to lay outside with a book and relax. It's also a 10-minute walk from beautiful Kai Bae beach, which I loved. The resort also offers a large breakfast with various options. (I'm vegan and there was always fruit, toast, homemade jam, and rice.) I loved my stay and wish it could have been longer!

But the staff - Wow! Always friendly, helfpul, welcoming. This was one of the best hotel experiences I had in my life and I can fully recommend it !

Every room includes a patio with mountain views. it’s clean and comfortable. the owner is really nice. though we can’t communicate with each other in Eng well, they’re still try to understand what we need and help us change the sheets ( since we live longer)

All units include a wardrobe. This was my absolute favourite hotel! I loved staying here. I felt super comfortable during the stay. The room was very clean, the bed very very comfy and the bathroom, especially the shower lol, was really nice. So was the interior of the room; so cute! But what mostly stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. While everyone was amazing, i really want to point out that the young woman that was at the reception mostly in the morning/noon was the sweetest and so so helpful. I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your name. I would recommend everyone to stay here and enjoy the gorgeous sunset on the beach right in front of the hotel :)

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.
