The little chalet in Sedgefield was a cozy and comfortable home away from home, equipped with everything we could possibly need. We were especially impressed by the cleanliness of the chalet, thanks to the excellent housekeeping lady who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort every day. She was not only efficient but also very friendly, adding a personal touch to our experience. To top it all off, we had a blast paddle boating on their beautiful lake - and the fact that it was free made it even more enjoyable! It's great that Baywater Village offers such a wide range of guest activities for everyone to enjoy. Overall, we had a truly memorable time. We highly recommend it for anyone seeking a lovely getaway with amazing staff and plenty of recreational options.

It was so easy to arrange, and the homemade meal they prepared was absolutely delicious—better than any restaurant we tried during our stay in South Africa! Our room was cozy and well-equipped for winter, with both heating and electric blankets that made a big difference on the chilly nights. I highly recommend BergWood Inn to anyone visiting the area. It’s a warm, welcoming place with outstanding hospitality and food.

This lovely apartment ticked all my boxes for a lovely home away from home. Lizanne was an absolute star and her service and communication was top notch. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and I will go back for a longer stay.
