Absolutely fantastic location to the ski resort

The let down was the restaurant grill service. Each night there were issues with items from the grill not being available for long periods of time. On one occasion two of the three items had not been put out 35 minutes after service began; on another I waited over 45 minutes for chicken which had run out. I asked the chef who was there for chicken and she cooked first the fish only, then reheated pork for tacos and then finally cooked the chicken. It was not possible to return to our seats as long queues formed particularly around 2045 when there was a rush of people arriving. We had the same experience in the mornings at breakfast with either eggs or pancakes consistently being out and the chef focussing on the other item to the ones that we were waiting for. We observed that chef tasting the food on occasion to check it was hot rather than using a thermometer. It made mealtimes frenetic and not as pleasurable as they should be. The front of house staff consistently apologised when complaints were made to them; but it appears that they were not being listened to by the head chef or management. The rating for the staff would have been 10 had it not been for this individual, her slow pace and her attitude to our party and others. Although she seemed to adopt a different attitude with fluent Spanish speakers.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful. The front of house staff were outstanding, remembering our drink choices, room numbers and nothing was too much trouble. The variety of food and choice was very good at the buffet.

Jacuzzi, steam room and Sauna was expensive at 10 Euros per person for 1/2 hour. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room from a 4 star hotel.

Warm and comfortable room. Excellent WiFi in the room. Relaxing bar area. Room cleaned and refreshed every day. Free ski storage.

Great hotel in a good location 5 minn walk to the main lift. Restaurants and shop over the road. Excellent breakfast.

Good selection of food on the buffet and plenty of healthy options. but the hot food was never really hot. Even the eggs that came straight off the cooker were only warm. The soup fortunately was hot in a separate container. Maybe that wouldn't bother some people.

We were upgraded to a large triple room. Heating system worked well. Easy to adjust the radiators. Hot powerful shower. The staff were particularly good, friendly, helpful and efficient.

It said ski in and out and this was far from the truth. Plus didn't like having to pay upfront. As I expected the payment to be made at the end.

food was great however they need to label their food so you know what it is especially regarding if it’s vegetarian/vegan or not, this savings having to ask the staff every morning and evening! Also more healthier breakfast options/ vegetarian/vegan options as a whole.

The renovation in the rooms that has not been updated for a long time, the beds on wheels and the rooms did not quite match the photos on Booking.com

Ideal location, very close to ski lifts and restaurants. There is a large multi-level parking nearby, but it is not very easy to get in and out there if you are driving a large car. We also really liked the friendly and professional staff. Very wonderful breakfasts and dinners at a good price. Also a good daily cleaning. Excellent bar on the ground floor and sauna on the fifth

Way overpriced and huge disparities between room rates. Our room neighbours paid £100 less than us for the same room/same night which doesn't seem fair... The hotel is advertised as a spa centre however we were asked to pay £10 pp to use the hot tub. I found out later it's hidden somewhere in the small prints. The hotel made me pay the city tax twice as I realised later it was already included in the booking. com prices.

The perfect hotel to relax and unwind after a day's skiing. The bar facilities were great for a group of people to relax and socialise without having to go out and spend lots on partying. George the magician was fantastic! See him if you can!

Excellent selection of breakfast and dinner meals. Fantastic location. George the magician was a particilar highlight of the hotel he took the time to sit and entertain us for a really long time. Best magician we have seen! And the spa was great
