Cleanliness in the rooms is not well maintained, we have requested for upgrade but the upgrade was not as expected. the floor of our room was very dusty, the bed sheets had some sands. Alcohol choices was not much compared to our last visit last year.

the variety of food served was good, staff are fast to accommodate our requests.

Rooms and objects were not in a nice condition with a bad smell, More insects & mosquitoes are inside and outside. Food was not various like other hotels

i did not like the food facility as it was very less option for vegetarian families as it was more of continental food which was look like made for majority foreigners and room size for the family of 4 was also very small it could have been little bigger and as i have booked online but when i have checked in i got to know my room location is very far from central area, so i have paid extra to get upgrade to central location as its more convenient and friendly for everything

i like the location as it was my second time stay, like the kids activity as water slider and pool, ambience was nice, staff and services were also good

Upon the arrival i could not find someone to assist with the parking as well us to unload the luggages , perhas due to peak season, Evert staff appeared to be busy. I waited in my car in front of the main entrance but no one showed up .

The food could've been far better, we ate similar meals for lunch and dinner. Breakfast meal is missing so many things- desserts are really poor, chai was made horribly. Whiskey is cheap, glasses are not washed well.

The fridges inside the room did not work, perhaps staff should switch fridges on and place water inside the fridges. Room 121 the room had a musty smell and during our meals perhaps you should put more than one person at the drinks counter during breakfast as it was clearly overwhelming for the person dealing with the large amount of people. The alcohol on the drinks package was disgusting and cheap-very disappointed. The entertainment especially the Miss BM resort was sexist and women were expected to grind and dance and I thought it was tasteless.

I enjoyed the scenic views and that some staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant . Jonah a black guy at oasis restaurant was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us he was very friendly and kind.he even brought my kids ice cream which they thoroughly enjoyed. The guy when we arrived who drove us to our rooms took us on a tour of the resort as it was our first time and he was very informative. The lady at reception on Thursday was very kind and helpful .when I called reception regarding my child forgetting the keys in the room the response was prompt and most staff were professional.

We love visiting BM beach resort. A bargain all inclusive; old school fun in a friendly environment. Definitely like the new beach bar.

We are booked for a Cabana room. Unfortunately may partner is 6 foot in height and they put us on a cabana with low ceiling. He didn’t fit in the shower even.

The location and the facilities are good. The staff are all polite and helpful. They had a show as it was Christmas Eve. It’s was fun.
