Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is nice and easy to locate. Very calm and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay since they also give free beach access to Lou Loua hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready and willing to assist on your queries and needs.

United KingdomWe were unaware that Sharjah had a policy of no drinking alcohol in public areas, so no restuarants or bars locally selling alcohol, but it was OK as we brought some Beer into the hotel and drank in the room. Unfortunately there was no public bar so we could be meet people there but we will know for our next trip.
It was a business trip that involved going to Ajman Free Trade area, Sohar and Buraimi, Oman and Al Kus Trading area so location for this was OK.

Saudi ArabiaI did not like the fact that when we arrived they gave us single bed. Where we have contacted them earlier to provide twin beds. However, the next day they provided us room with twin beds.
I did not try their food. The location was easy to reach but in a very sleepy location not lively.

IndiaThe property does not provide daily complimentary water bottles and not even dental and shaving kits. The charges for the same is all very high. Water bottle is AED 10. These are provided in all 3 star similar oreven lower than this property.Management does not listen to the feedback. Breakfast is continental but same food everyday and is boring.
