The location is fantastic and just a short drive away from the major tourist spots over near Sevanavank. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. The wifi was also great for uploading photos during the trip.

The lake was too cold but that was not within the powers of the hotel staff to change.

The hotel was located on the shores of Lake Sevan with two small beaches and views from our rooms. The restaurant was fabulous, and served fresh fish from the lake. The breakfast was copious, fresh and delicious! The staff were extremely friendly. We'd highly recommend.

the Seagulls can be a little bit noisy in the morning, but honestly, nothing wrong at all at this place.

Awesome site right on the beach of Sevan lake with view from the room over the shore and across the lake to the snow mountains on the other side, best view ever. Rooms are really well made, quality beds, nice table/furniture and all made of natural wood. The site is very arty and natural and picturesque, we loved it. Restaurant is unique with so much interesting art and craft decor and unusual tables, picture in the ceiling and amazing view. Food is great, had free breakfast spread, high quality food, good menu and very reasonable prices. To be honest, we wouldn't change anything.

The location is ideal. The accommodation is generally good, with everything you need on hand. The breakfast is superb, very authentic and with a wonderful view. There is a restaurant on the hotel premises where you can try speciality dishes from Sevan. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.

I do needed some space and relax, and Art Hotel Sevan - the most appropriate place for it. Delicious food, nature, silence at night. Staff were very friendly and professional. I was spending a few hours on the beach listening waves and reading my book. It was amazing. And they have WiFi, in contrast to the mentioned in description.

Karmen and Artur were super helpful. Our house had a great view in the lake and we didn't miss anything at all. Food was great, breakfast and dinner were very tasty and the service was great. All in all, a great place to stay in Sevan with very kind and warm people.

Unlike almost everything about the property. But there were several items on their kitchen menu which were not available. Tip: tell the guest(s) when something is not available first before a guessing game ensues.

You simply cannot beat the combination of value, location, comfort and style here. This was one of the highlights of our stays in the country.

A beautiful and inexpensive hotel right on the shores of Lake Sevan. The windows offer a view of the water, as if you were in a ship's cabin. There is an excellent on-site restaurant with free breakfasts and a variety of dinners. A private tour can be arranged upon request.

The first night we had noisy neighbors and the area seems to attract a certain kind of people.

Beautiful place with very cosy rooms at Lake Sevan with view on the lake. The room was spacious and even had a couch and table to eat. The restaurant/breakfast room is close by and has great options, is tasty and a good price/quality. We were afraid that the rooms wouldn't be warm in the evening, but the heating was turned on every evening and we weren't cold at all during our stay.
