Everything was perfect

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless, comfortable and well maintained, making for a very pleasant experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially Vahe, who went above and beyond to assist us when we had an issue with our car. He took the time to help us solve it, which we truly appreciated. We were also given a free room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, everything was excellent. If we return to Sevan, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We booked the room very spontaneously 30 minutes before arrival and they greeted us in the hotel and showed us the room. We even got a free room upgrade. Everything is very clean and comfortable and the personal is very friendly and very helpful. You even have fitness corner and indoor pool. Overall we are more than pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend.

This family run hotel is a true wonder. Everything is state of the art, very curated and extremely functional. Everything is pristine. Our room was extremely spacious, with nice sofa and two comfortable chairs. The owner, Vahe and his employees are extremely welcoming and ready to help and give advices. It is until now the best accommodation we had in Armenia and we truly regret having spent only one night there.

Great hotel near the centre of Sevan! The owners are very friendly and got in touch during the day to check on our estimated time of arrival. Once we found the property (Louvre), secure car parking was available. Futuristic facial recognition access to the property was an interesting touch. The owner offers recommendations for a local restaurant (which you can take into consideration - we ate there and the food was good; can also highly recommend the local Slavberg brewery). The room itself was spacious and, like the property, modern and bling! Definitely recommended.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful and impeccably clean hotel, featuring an elegant and luxurious style. A special thanks to Khachik, whose kindness and helpfulness are truly exceptional: he met all our needs and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade upon our arrival. The breakfast, freshly prepared on the spot, was delicious. The location is also excellent, perfect for visiting the stunning Sevanavank Monastery.
