In the pictures on Booking.com you can see pictures of the restaurant area which is only accessible to guest for breakfast and is closed the rest of the day/evening. Temperature in the room could only be regulated by opening/closing the window or door.

Very good location, less then 5 min walk to main road with supermarket, restaurants, companies that organize excursions / airport transfers by bus. Helpful and friendly staff. Basic, clean room. To me a bit small, but you're not in El Calafate to stay in your room anyway. Very basic breakfast. You get what you pay for. For 35 EUR p/night (based on ARS rate at the time) I consider it value for money.

The walls and door are thin so you can hear other people very easily. Okey if you are a deep sleeper

The rooms were a little dated, and my colleague had an issue with how warm his room was whereas mine, next door was fine. My understanding was the hotel was having a refurbishment, and I hope these rooms were still to be completed.

A wonderful location, and a great stay for the price. Rooms were comfortable, and had everything a traveller could want. It was clean, comfortable, and the property was kept very clean.

we didn’t get the three bed room we had booked, only two so we had to share which was fine since we checked in pretty late. we were also next to the stairs which was loud into the night and early in the morning since the walls and windows seem a bit thin. there was also a running water sound in the room seemingly from the floor above piping.

the woman at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating with luggage storage and arranging a taxi to the airport, great hospitality. the availability last minute at an affordable price was nice. rooms were clean and the bathroom was pretty good and well stocked.

One of the worst experiences I had so far. The bathroom was dirty, the flush was not working properly. Worst thing: the bed was not clean. We very used bedsheets and hair on our bed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff was ok nice. On the first view it was like described on the pictures.

Very friendly service. Room was clean and waaaaarm ! Breakfast was ok, better than other places we stayed. Locstion perfect, in center town but very quiet.

We stayed in a triple room in which there was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. The cleaning lady deals with this by spraying the most chemical sweet and unhealthy smelling odour in the room. Also, the water sometimes kept running in the toilet which resulted in an unpleasant sound that kept us awake in the middle of the night. Breakfast is simple and could use an upgrade.
