On booking.com it says there is an airport shuttle but there isnt.

Great hitel with helpful and friendly staff. Nice room, hot shower, close to bus stops and easy to catch a taxi to the airport. Shops, restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Martin one of the evening desk clerks was particularly helpful and patient with our many questions. The hotel was very comfortable and the neighborhood was very enjoyable.

The whole property is a bit tired. Bathroom door was damaged from humidity, pieces were missing and did not close properly. Only one elevator and it was tiny. We used the stairs frequently and it was poorly lit.

Great location for the purpose of our voyage. Very friendly staff. Reception is manned 24-7. Good communication between booking to check out. Large room.

The bathroom was old and flooded every time I took a shower. There was no desk chair or plug sockets near the desk or bed, which was annoying and there was a kettle but no tea or coffee or anything like that.

Hotel needs to be updated, looks a bit rundown. Towels and bed linens were very worn, walls need paint. Shower glass is too narrow, bathroom gets completely wet when you take a shower.

The hotel is very well located in the Belgrano neighborhood. Staff is friendly. They offer free breakfast. WIFI speed is pretty good.

The towels could be better. They were a bit too old. The liquid soap was bad. They didn't reflect the image of the hotel.

My room key did not work after going down to the front desk 3 times, housekeeper let me in my room with a master key. The room was at least 85 degrees F, and rook more than 5 hours to get down to even 75 degrees, although I set the thermostat at 70 degrees F. There was trash in the trash cans, the towels were stained, there was no TV reception, no wash cloths, no tissues to blow my nose, so I had to use toilet paper, and the breakfast was awful. The eggs provided after waiting 30 minutes were cold. Everything else was either packaged biscuits or tasteless pastries. The only visible outlet was clear across the room from the bed, so I had to move my bed to get an outlet to charge my phone. To top it off, 2 employees walked into my room without even knocking. I had spent 14 hours on a plane and was awake for 24 hours. I just wanted to sleep in a cool room and watch some TV. I asked for a discount and was told I would have to contact Booking.com, even though I paid the hotel directly with my credit card when I arrived. I finally get to sleep and the front desk manager to whom I had complained and asked for a discount said I could change rooms or be given a late check out, but I had already unpacked, taken a shower, fallen asleep, and I did not want to pack everything up and move since I had an early flight the next day. Lastly, the hotel is located in a very residential area with very few options for meals within walking distance. As a single woman traveling, I did not feel safe leaving my room to get something to eat.

I booked and confirmed my stay. I emailed twice and told the staff that my flight kept getting canceled. I let them know my second party Regina Pinto would be there on the 6th and needed accommodations. I had paid for four nights and she needed it for the 6th and 7th. I paid for the 4th to the 8th. When Regina arrived exhausted, late at night the staff told her it was canceled and couldn’t give her a room. I’ve never experienced a hotel and staff so rude and unhelpful. That’s very crooked to know you took my money and then rebooked the room. I will not recommend your hotel.
