Everything was to our liking, and we were very satisfied during our stay. The reservation was upgraded to a better one free of charge, moving us to a better room which included a king size bed and a panoramic lake view. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We had no problems with the food, as the continental breakfast selection was varied and high quality. The facilities were well maintained and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the indoors pool. Its closeness to the city centre is also a great advantage.

The first room we got had no view, we asked for a better room and got one with a view of the lake, nice room all good.

We only stayed one night, we arrived from LLAO llao on to take an early flight, nice hotel with very good location to down town, we walked to some local stores and bought chocolates at Rapanui.

Very , very luxurious , a very interesting cascade at three levels that was found in the rocks when the hotel was built more than thirty years ago. Fantastic spa with jacuzzi and gym and I was on the tenth floor with a wonderful view of the lake

Never again!! Be careful with this hotel. I booked 6 nights for the price of 497000Ars. When I arrived in the hotel late at night with the child , the price , told me by receptionist was 1079000Ars. More than twice higher. Of course, I asked why? The answer- because of exchange rate. I see such a cheatment the first time in Argentina. For sure, I refused to pay and have to make booking urgently to the other hotel, where I did not have any problems with the price and different exchange rate. It happened late in the evening and I was with the child! They just not fair and want to cheat their client! Be careful with this place

Location and breakfast good, room from late twenties, yes, nineteen twenties! Bathroom close to unusable! lights only on mirror wall, 3 weak and glossy yellow small bulbs … not enough! Electrical installations barely working! Outlets, switchers and lamps consistently failing! Can’t imagine how this hotel can be somehow linked to Marriot!
