Excellent location tucked away in a fairly quiet Vienna block, not far from the action. Also, the interior of the building, in which the pension is located, is also impressive.

Self service. It was hard to get in contact with staff. The bed was very soft. The corridor was somewhat scary.

It was an intesting place in an old building. Warm and safe once you get in. Pretty little balconette.

I was the only guest for breakfast. So instead of a breakfast buffet there was a platter with meats and cheese. The view from the corner room on Sparkasse building was beautiful.

When you booked the room there is some picture which you can not make sure with room will be yours. I booked I room that was with picture with only windows but also with a big door that I could open and see outside. In my opinion the pension should update the picture of room, for guest make sure with room they are booking. Otherwise they will get disappointed as I got.

The room was a bit too small but for 1 night or max 2 will do.

I like it that it was very independent for accessing the building and having the key ready even early. Location is ab fantastic. Comfortable.

Our main issue was that the walls were VERY thin. We could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next door and it was things you don’t want to be hearing all night long.. if you catch my drift!! Nothing we could’ve done about this other than banging on the walls because there is nobody at reception after 11:30am so nobody to talk to. Thankfully this only happened on the first night of our 2 night stay.. so the second night was more pleasant! Otherwise a good stay.

The room was nice, bed was comfy, the shower was powerful. Was in a good location, a short walk from the Scwedenplatz subway which gives direct links to the city centre and also to the train station. Self check in which was handy as we could let ourselves in.

The rooms had a bit of a funny smell. Not like mold or anything, just some hint of something that we couldn't air out. The place is sort of old and you can tell.

Very good breakfast. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

I had problems connecting to the Wifi and had to manually connect every time I used it in the room. I think room 3 is just too far away from the Wifi. Once I connected, it worked fine but maybe a wifi booster/enhancer might improve the wifi in those rooms at the back.

The sewage system uses a pump that is a little loud, but hopefully not too much to disturb the people next door.

A very spacious, bright room with a comfy bed. An additional sofa makes it suitable for even three persons. Large bathroom, nicely finished, with the basic amenities. The location of the building (walking distance to the Stephansplatz), classy architecture, plus a beautiful, stylish elevator in the staircase.

Curtain to the sink and shower could use a hook to move it back, the area is very crowded to be getting ready. Just some maintenance issues like chipped paint. The area rug didn’t look like it was vacuumed. However I appreciated the staff being able to hold my luggage and put it in my room once it was ready.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. We asked for replacement pillows but there were no extras to give us. Eveyrthing else was fine.

The room was clean and check in was very easy. Staff were only available in the morning but they were helpful when present. The hotel is very centrally located.

Only downside was noisy plumbing which is to be expected in an old building.
