I liked the willingness of the reception to accommodate my late arrival by telling me the room number, leaving the key under the mat and the check in paperwork in the room.

Needs a bit of a fix up. Fly wire needs fixing. We kept getting flys coming in. Chairs need maintenance. One is very wobbly.

The sliding door to the additional bedroom was a bit dodgy. we couldn’t get the wi fi to work. There were only 3 chairs around the dining table when we booked for 5 people. There was no crockery in the room - although staff said we could request it it seemed cumbersome to do so as it appeared reception closed early the day we arrived even though indicated would be open until 8pm.

Spacious and neat, even if it’s a bit dated. smart TV had Netflix. Ample towels including hand towels were provided. Beds were comfy and property looked clean.

We booked this last minute but the hosts were really friendly and welcoming. The lovely lady at the desk told us all about the area and was really helpful. The room was basic but fine for a nights stay. The location was good on a quiet road.

I didn’t have an issue at all, my friend did say he found the bed uncomfortable- probably just need an update but I would honestly stay here again

I love how close to everything it was and the staff were absolutely amazing super friendly and just lovely people big shout out to Deb ( pretty sure that was her name) she checked us in and chatted to us through out the stay absolutely lovely lady!

Small bath towels provided. Lack of an emergency contact no. for the proprieters when reception is closed and new customers arrive who could not locate room key supposedly left under a mat.

We asked for a quiet room and we had a quiet room, unit 10 faced the garden and was seperate from the other units. The facilities were old and worn but exceptionally clean. Good information on local amenities provided in the room info folder.

the bed is old and needs replacing and too soft and can feel every movement of the other a little noisy as the sound barrier poor. lightning in room needs big improvement.

This isn't a 5 star hotel and isn't advertised as such so no issue. There was nothing I disliked.

There was everything that I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, the TV and heater worked. Only basic facilities were provided. There were also comfortable chairs to sit in and watch TV. I dislike having to sit on the bed to watch the TV.

Room was clean and tidy, Lady at reception very friendly and helpful. Location very good close to shops and back from main road so no traffic noise. Parking in front of the rooms. All good. Grat value for money.

Nothing to complain about except the double bed was a bit saggy in the middle so my partner used the single bed.

Great sense of space. Lots of shelves etc to put your things. Staff very friendly. Great shower. Quite quiet though some noise from next unit but that's expected in older motels. Fabulous location...within walking distance of shops.

Bathroom needs some updating but everything else was okay.

The motel is in a good location, not far from the centre of town and near the train station. Our room was spacious and had a microwave which was handy. We enjoyed visiting the attractions around the township and there was a good variety of shops to visit. If we visit Bairnsdale in the future, we will stay at Town Central Motel again.
