Depends on your neighbours it can be quite noisy. We were able to ear people talking and walking upstairs and next to us. Wifi was average.

Beds were comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and clean.

No staff at reception. Nobody on site. Breakfast was possible but only at another property across town.

We travelled for a funeral and it had been our intention to leave our luggage at reception while at the funeral. It turns out that the reception is never actually staffed. While this was not a huge issue for us given we had driven to Apollo Bay and therefore left our luggage in the car, it would be a huge issue for any one travelling on public transport, or by other means. The hotel should consider making this information prominent on their website.

We stayed for one night only. The room was super clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable, linen and towels were of great quality. Hotel was located within an easy walk of all shops, restaurants and beach.

Plates would have been handy. Shower floor was a bit slippery. Some TLC and small repairs needed but otherwise, loved our stay!

Nothing really. We saw another guest looking for the breakfast place on our way out during check-out. We didn't book the breakfast though. The front desk was not open at the time, so not sure if there was also an instruction sent to guests for this. It seemed like the guy didn't know where to look for.

Absolutely love the place! The easily accessible, carefully maintained facility. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had this nice view from our window. Easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The check-in procedure was clear and sent to us on the morning of arrival. Second-floor room is only a few steps up, nice and quiet.

Due strong winds there was some Roofing or something near the roof of our room scraping all night.

The room was really comfortable and well presented we were provided ground floor as requested, which was great. Had the weather been better it would have been a sort walk to the beach and shops, Really enjoyed it

Advertised as king bed BUT 2 singles put together, uncomfortable lying on the ridge! Toilet paper extremely thin. Toiletries inadequate, makeup remover wipes hopeless.

This room would have been too small for a longer term stay. You can get rid of the decorative pillows. I don't think most people use them and they take up room.

This facility did have laundry- however, only one washing machine and dryer for the entire unit. Fortunately it was free when we arrived. The room was small but adequate.

We had breakfast at a nearby cafe. Great location to walk to the beach and nearby shops. Clean modern room with sea view was nice.

We were in room 17, with sea views. The room was located with a few other rooms in a building away from the main corridor so it meant the room was quiet. There was a washing machine and dryer complete with washing powder for the guests to use, which was very welcome. One of the staff members was very helpful showing me how to operate the machine

The location is brilliant... walking distance to main shops and beach. Lovely little sitting area outside.
