Putt putt course is randomly in front of peoples rooms in very narrow walkways making it difficult to play. The whole place is looking run down and weathered. I didn’t see the pools get cleaned once and walking through the pool areas felt filthy. The stairways to the apartments are all dirty and not maintained and a lot of the stair well light globes were blown which is a hazard. The games room is tiny with games out of order or switched off. A lot of money to stay here for a property that has not been maintained. The parking is an absolute nightmare to navigate and all the road works happening kept us up every night and made navigating in and out of the resort difficult.

Apartments were nice and spacious. Cocktails were yum!

The rooms are dated and not super clean, but good value and a good size.

We have been to Turtle Beach Resort a few times now and we always have a good time. There's lots for the kids to do - Kids Club, playground, Water Park, a few pools, mini cinema and games room. The Deck restaurant has good food and cocktails, and the staff are helpful and polite.

The pools were definitely not heated and all the spas were so dirty/cloudy - as almost all the kids at the resort wanted to only swim in there to warm themselves up! Pools need to be heated if that’s what they are advertised as. Rooms are dated and need a refresh.

Rooms are a great size, dated but very clean. Kids loved the splash zone and pools. Location was amazing and a supermarket super close.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable and would hear the staff out and about from about 5am so no good long sleep ins on holiday for us unfortunately but this was fine for the amount of time we stayed

Lots to do, kids would of been happy to spend entire days at turtle beach. Lots of variety of pools to keep them entertained and they loved the slides. Supermarket super close and great barbecue facilities too

Resort is aging. Foyers and stairwells dirty but rooms were quite clean. Very bad garden lighting makes walking around at night difficult. Booked 12 months in advance and requested a ground floor apartment but were given second story.

The apartment above us was being renovated Wednesday Thursday Friday of our stay. It was so noisy that we couldn’t sit in the apartment. No option given to us to move to another apartment!

Facilities were great. Enough activities for the kids to enjoy!

Couple of loud guests in the room directly above us, but the noise usually stopped before ~10pm.

We love visiting the Turtle Beach Resort with our family! The option of pools is great with tempered pools, play pools for kids, and jacuzzi's which were awesome in the evening. The restaurant is great - we had breakfast and coffee here daily and it was good value for money. Parking is very easy to navigate.

If I have too....the only challenge for us was the very firm beds, not a major and easily swam or walked away the stiff back....old bodies :)

The facilities and apartment were outstanding. A perfect getaway for families with children. From the moment of pick up to drop off, and everything in between, the resort staff were excellent. Food at The Deck was top notch.
