The single room had very little natural light and the only "view" I had was of an emergency staircase. There was also an issue with an unpleasant smell that was coming from the bathroom due to a drainage issue or poor ventilation. That made spending time in the room quite uncomfortable. While I understand that single rooms might not always be the most spacious, I expected a more pleasant and odor-free room for the price I paid.

The location of the hotel is central which was incredibly convenient, the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

the room was just above the bar/restaurant and it was very loud throughout the night making it difficult to sleep. The music was too loud until very late in the evening. No breakfast not included. Breakfast is too expensive.

The hotel is not big but the rooms are very modern and clean. It is very central, just across the station. Very good value for money.

The lift was out of order for 2 days but this isn’t a problem, just a bit of a nuisance if you’re on the 3rd floor like i was.

I stayed here with my partner due to me having some surgery near by. The property was very clean, spacious, modern, lovely views, central and the staff were friendly. Check-in is very easy even after reception closes, you can arrange to collect from lockers out the front or collect from the bar.

The room is above the bar with loud music. I booked a room just to sleep for the night because I had an early day afterwards. I checked in at 22h and left early in the morning. But couldn't sleep because of the loud music below me. If you book a room and enjoy your sleep, ask for a room at least on floor 2 or above.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had such good cocktails at the bar. We couldn’t have breakfast there but we saw a pretty nice buffet. You will enjoy your trip to Genk there!

Despite requesting a room with a bath several times before our arrival and specifically booking it based on the hotel's advertised availability, we did not receive the room we had anticipated. Instead, we were assigned a room that faced the evacuation stairs and air conditioning units. To make matters worse, upon entering the room, we discovered several empty wine bottles left in the closet from the previous guests, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, there were no towel hooks in the bathroom, making it inconvenient to hang our towels and keep the space tidy. There were no possibility to make a tea. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of our stay was the lack of hotel staff available at 8 pm. This left us feeling stranded and unsupported in case of any issues or inquiries. Overall, our experience at Green Hotel fell far short of our expectations, and we were left feeling quite disappointed with the quality of service and the room provided. I hope that this feedback can contribute to improvements in the future, as I believe that Green Hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience to its guests.

Firstly, I found the hotel's location to be convenient and easily accessible from the bus station, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, the room, although not entirely perfect, was almost clean, which is certainly appreciated. It's important to acknowledge when there are efforts made to maintain cleanliness. Lastly, I had a positive encounter with a member of the breakfast team. They went out of their way to assist us by arranging a taxi, displaying kindness and helpfulness during our stay.
