I wag given a room under rooftop bar and I could hear the noise and music. I adressed it at reception immediatly once I checked the room and was told I should have pretended I have a baby to have been allocated a better room in a quiet part of the building, and that the place is fully booked in January. This was a very confusing and not pleasant interaction at all, and I would not be coming back in the future because of how it made me feel, unwelcome as a guest. There were no usb sockets in the room, and no chargers I could borrow from the reception. The room light was a little bit too dim to be comfortable. Coffee at breakfast was not nice at all.

My bed was comfortable and access was easy. Access to the radio on TV was a bonus. Curtains were tick and kept the winter cold out.

The pillows in the room were a square, huge shape, and very uncomfortable. Could do with two smaller pillows rather than the massive square ones.

Great location, nicely designed, fun bar upstairs

Non of the staff were very nice or welcoming to be honest. (Maybe because we stayed with children?). And please make sure you bring your credit card even if you prepaid, because they almost did not want to check us in because we did not bring our physical credit card. Both elevators were broken for the 5th floor not very convenient with suitcases and small children… breakfast was fine, enough choice, enough food.

Loved the location and the family room! Very nice bathroom and the facilities in the room were great.

The hotel is in what feels like a restored industrial building - good thing it is being reused, but it shows in the thin walls and the exposed concrete everywhere. Not a great aesthetic in my personal opinion. Staff seemed absent from the front desk a lit too.

A comfortable stay in a very good location near the lively Châtelain. Bed was comfortable, hotel kept very clean. Did not try the Japanese bath experience but like the fact someone is bringing that to Brussels!

There was a dead cactus in our room xD. There was quite some noise which comes from both inside the hotel (e.g. neighbouring rooms moving stuff, vacuuming in the morning) and outside; it sounded like there was a trash container for glass in the yard where my room was facing, and there was someone depositing a lot of bottles late at night (around midnight), and also in the morning. Not too big of a deal, but probably not the best choice if you want peace and quiet.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the rooms are simple but neat, clean and comfortable.

A comfortable stay with a few small areas for improvement that could make it even better.

We had a pleasant stay at JAM Brussels, but I’d like to share a few small suggestions that could make the experience even better. 1. The hotel sign was a little hard to spot during the day because of the unusual font style. It’s not a big issue, but for first-time visitors it might help to make the name board more visible. Thankfully, Google Maps takes you right there—just keep an eye out for the hidden “JAM” sign. 2. The main challenge we faced was with the bathrooms. When showering, water easily spread outside the shower area, and with a group of six, it quickly felt like a mini pool. This is something that could be fixed very easily by adding a shower curtain or a small divider, which would make the bathrooms much more comfortable for families. Towels and other amenities were all fine. 3. A small but useful improvement would be adding more power outlets near each bed, as it was a bit tricky for everyone to charge their phones at the same time. Overall, it’s a nice place with good facilities, and with just a few simple adjustments, the stay could be even more enjoyable for guests.

I really appreciated the tea corner with the water kettle and coffee machine. It was very convenient and a thoughtful touch that made our stay more comfortable. Thank you for providing this!

Lighting in room is insufficient; bathroom with large crack in sink made it appear and feel dirty. Bathroom also needs safety bar and shower needs anti slip mat.
