We only wish that the pool was open for a few more hours, since 3 hours daily is a very short time for visitors...

The place was at a very convenient location. The personnel was extremely kind and helpful and tried to help us in everything. Especially Suzanna was amazing!!!Also the room was very comfortable and it had all that we needed.

Outside the window of our room was some kind of generator that was permanently buzzing, even at night.

The room had everything you could need, from a sewing kit to a toothbrush. The location was also really nice: outside the city but not too far.

Nothing - hotel is a 7 minute walk from the nearest public car park. But that’s nothing to complain about.

Nicely finished hotel with spacious room. Indoor pool is definitely an added bonus for a quick relaxing swim before or after going out. Kids loved the gym as well for a quick workout. Hotel is a short walk away from the most central part. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

We didn't have breakfast as thought it was a little expensive..however breakfast is not really our thing and the hotel is a short walk to café and bars in the city..and what a beautiful city it is

The staff were lovely and helpful and we loved the location of the hotel - so easy to get a bus directly from the train station and it stopped right outside the hotel. So it was perfect for us as a family with a young baby.

This hotel is a nice option for a quick 5-10 min walk to the old town. We were in a spacious attic unit with a large bathroom. The pool was a definitely a nice addition but it was too crowded for any swimming, more like a nice soaking. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

the hotel was perfectly located also accessible to a convenient public parking t'Zand. Julius at the reception was excellent and super helpful when we were checking with super good tips for where to go eat and visit. they thought about every detail from extra hair dryers, to making sure our rooms were close to each other and a cute little bag of cookies as a souvenir when checking out. the pool was great even though it was not super big it was perfect for my daughter and i do have a nice swim and towels readily available as well. i can't wait to be back again an would certainly recommend to friends and family.

Huge bed, air conditioning & lovely pool. We stayed after 5 nights camping at Rock Werchter festival so was lovely to relax and rejuvenate after. Breakfast is pricey but worth it - so many options and lovely food. Hotel is close to lots of nice restaurants and bars and a short walk into Bruges. We will stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

It’s quite tired, when we arrived linen was dirty but the manager changed as soon as I raised it (and did it herself to ensure it was done). Shower did not drain properly.

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Pool is a bonus when travelling with children. A couple of minor issues but overall not enough to prevent us staying here again if we came back to Brugge.
