It was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable and decorated well. Breakfast had a great variety with very pleasant staff.

Nothing significant. A few instances of staff shortage (e.g. on checkout) but possibly just a one off matter. Iron and board in rooms would be useful after long trips and for business purposes.

Excellent location, within 10 minutes walk of centre. Room was very large and situated overlooking garden so quiet (though note it was raining so outdoor seating not being used). Plenty of drawer / wardrobe space (iron and ironing board would be useful), bathroom / shower very good.. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice and all very good quality, staff helpful. Cafe pleasant with great selection of drinks / cakes etc and very helpful staff. Restaurant has excellent reviews but must be booked as very popular. Common rooms upstairs airy and peaceful for sitting and reading / chatting

We had a suite and the lighting was poor. Eventually we realised that by holding the light switches the light would increase but took two days this out. Might be the European energy saving restrictions perhaps as we encountered this issue in other places but even with lamps and lights on in the evening reading was difficult. Better instructions would assist. Quality and speed of wifi was not up to standard expected today or for this type of venue.

Location is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We have a lovely dinner in the cafe. Beds and apartment were comfortable. Daily housekeeping staff were great at their job.

We enjoyed our stay in Pillows Reylof a lot. The most comfortable bed, nice ambiance, attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. Walking proximity to old town. We definitely want to come back.

The hotel parking is expensive at €45 per day but to their credit the hotel staff informed us about a cheaper public car park a short walk away. Space in the private underground car park is limited so I suppose they have to charge a premium otherwise it will be full all the time. Also in the car park, I would have preferred a more secure bike rack; there were a lot of people with access and I didn't feel comfortable with only locking my bike to the 'wheel' rack provided. Breakfast is great except for the patisserie items, which were just average.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful building with great facilities and everything is well maintained. Breakfast is excellent and reasonably priced.

On arrival they offered to store our luggage, since we were very early. We went for a marvelous breakfast in the hotel and after that, they checked us in, even though it was still way before check in time. Really nice of them. The breakfast is really spectacular! Very attentive and friendly staff, perfect location, away from the crowds and noise, but still walking distance from most attractions.

the room on the 3rd floor was a bit small for the rates requested and windows could not be opened up widely to get fresh air. No ventilation in the bathrooms.

The hotel is well located in the center and in a very nicely renovated historical building. The staff was helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and restaurant. The patio and garden added a something extra to the stay. A sense of calm and holiday. Very pleasant stay.

We were not given the room category we booked at first. Fully booked and we checked in last that day. But the hotel compensated and the room we actually stayed in was very nice. A group of bachelor party people were pretty noisy - hotel tried to manage by separating them from other guests.

A splendid and relaxing city boutique hotel with great vibe. The mix of old bourgeois elegance and modern boutique design hotel amenities works very well. Excellent location. Great garden. Delicious food. Fantastic staff and very friendly atmosphere. Quite well managed.
