The staff in the restaurant appeared (to my mind) to be lacking in number. On my second evening when a coach load of English battlefield tourists arrived in I overheard a number of them complaining amongst themselves about the slowness of the service (no doubt on the theory that nobody else speaks English and can overhear), but with only two serving in the restaurant and one guy on the bar/till they were more than occupied. After waiting patiently for about fifteen minutes I had to actually go and get a member of staff and ask them to come and take an order. I can understand that things happen but it was obviously known beforehand that so many people would be arriving at the one time. No complaints about the food or drink - just that yes, a lot of patience was required.

The room was large and comfortable enough for two people (though I was on my own). Bathroom was fine, lots of hot water and everything worked. The included breakfast was more than I would normally eat and offered all the basics from croissants through to egg and bacon. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because there was a heath centre attached with an indoor pool, sauna and hammam. The use of this is included in the price and I appreciated being able to come back and relax after a day's visiting. That I could then just saunter across the car park into the restaurant was a good plus. Although on the outskirts of Liege it was easy to find and get to. There is a large Carrefour a few minutes away and filling stations aplenty nearby.

Gym is dated no dumbbells & equipment not working. Breakfast was cold, didn’t put any hot dishes out once gone and still 40 mins left until breakfast finished.

Fridge in the room was a bonus as didn’t notice it was in the description. Shower had good pressure. Good parking.

Not as clean as expected. The stairs and.the outside pool

Not as clean as it should be esp. Outside pool. Nobody seemed to care about it. One were towel stayed on the ground for 3 days and some kids pooh ! Outside chairs were dirty and never cleaned. Swimming pool is good size. Restaurant is not very modern but the food is food and people are very nice. The hotel can be very noisy as there door to the stairs that everybody takes is very heavy and makes so much noise. I asked to change room and they gave me a room on.the second floor thet was much more quiet. Avoid room 111. Next to the stairs Great parking. Nice people.

Only one small jacuzzi and it was over chlorinated.. The spa facilities were poor...no robes or towels and the dipping pools were empty.

it’s a pity that the swimming pool is opens from 10:00 am when you have to check out already at 11:00. We came back later from a birthday party and we wanted the next day to use the swimming pool, but it opens at 10:00

The shower of the bathrooms is not well isolated because the glace which should provide the separation is not going till the end. So you will have water in the bathroom and you have no drain on the floor.

The wellness part is really cool, specially the pool.

Room was a bit tired and the bathroom needed renovating. The evening meal choices were too "fussy" so it was difficult to find something to eat that was actually well cooked because the staff were clearly overstretched with the preparation.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were fantastic and the check in and out was a breeze. The breakfast had good choice and was tasty.
