The water pressure and hot water was inconsistent but satisfactory. It was also noisy but that is unavoidable given the location.

The mattress was so soft . The pillows were not standard ,one small one big .the blanket was really heavy without a changeable cover ( as I understood ). We should use narrow stairs to access 4th floor .which is not suitable for family with small kids.Although we arrived 30 minutes after check in time , the room was not ready and the staffs were cleaning there. The floor was completely wet . I could not have access to the Tv channels, because They were not free.

The advantages were just the location and the equipped ,clean kitchen. Big area for a family.

Nice photos to cover up a place in dire need of improvements. Almost no ventillation in bathroom. Live concert just below the apartment - it went on until 2 or 3 in the morning. Not enough crockery & cutlery and kitchen utensils considering that a big dishwasher is provided.

Luggage storage was possible, though I did not expect that reception and the apartment would be in different places. Most things in the apartment do work, but they are worn out. The bed and wardobe much too big for the bedroom.

We arrived very late - well after midnight. We had difficulty in accessing the office to collect keys from the lockbox - the office is not easily accessible by vehicle. To be fair, this would not be an issue if a guest arrived during business hours.

Property is perfectly located - 5 mins walk to Grand Place and also to Brussels Central station. We only spent one night - but it would be suitable for longer stays as there is a full kitchen and plenty of space for a couple or family. Some of the appointments are dated - but the apartment was clean and comfortable and is good value.

Super small toilet. One of the two rooms were very noisy during the night even when I closed the windows. The shower was bad because of interrupted hot water. An unusable plug in the bedroom.

Toilet area is tiny and my husband & son kept bumping their heads on the wall as there is no room to move. No exhaust fan in the toilet or shower rooms. Wifi was ok. Street and internal apartment complex noise was really loud (would not stay again for this reason).

I like the location as it was quite near to Grand Place and to most of the shops. All the facilities are available, the owner respond quickly with the simple request.

There is a pub right under the window of one of the bedrooms and it was extremely noisy till very late in the night.

the apartment has a very good location, walking distance from Grand Place and the Central train station. It has an equipped kitchen with everything you need.

It is difficult to reach the place with luggage due to (a) had to take keys from office and then go to the hotel which is 400 m away (b) the whole way to hotel is of highly uneven stones path. Thus, it is very uncomfortable to reach the actual hotel. Also l, the WC area is highly uncomfortable.

The room space, facilities and location was great.
