No working hairdryer in the SPA. The dining room for breakfast, no matter how many people, was extremely hot in temperature ( april). The rest was just great: location, spa, personal. Thank you.

Dogs barking for few hours at evening, they were alone closed in the rooms. Some nights were loud in the hallway. Parking had to be paid every 4 hours because car had to be left parked on the street.

It was great breakfast, a lot of options to eat until 10 a.m. Wellness was amazing. Friendly staff. Parking was 3 euros every 4 hours.

When you want to park under the hotel, please beware that the scanner to open (with a pass you have to get at reception) the garage door is right next to the indrive of the garage (near the street)!

The hotel was allover good. The location is very near the promenade and the city center. We had a room with separate beds, a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet.

Parking is near, but cost me 42 euro for my stay .bath rugs are extra charge ,they mentioned so no complaints,should factors in over all cost if you you go by car .please note only kids pool is free for everyone.

One aspect that could be improved upon was the size of the hotel's restaurant. It felt a bit small in comparison to the size of the hotel, which occasionally led to crowded conditions during breakfast. However, it's important to note that the restaurant staff handled the situation admirably and remained friendly and efficient despite the high number of guests. This minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience during my stay.

I liked several aspects of my stay. Firstly, I appreciated the prompt and courteous response from the hotel staff when we encountered an issue with our initial room. They swiftly accommodated us in a new, clean room and made us feel valued as guests. The wellness facilities were a standout feature, being well-maintained and providing a relaxing escape from daily routines. The hotel's location was another highlight, offering a perfect balance between proximity to the city center and the tranquility of a quiet neighborhood. The convenience of having a tram stop right across the hotel also made transportation easy. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was quite impressive, offering a wide range of choices to cater to different preferences.
