WI-FI IN THE ROOM WAS TRAGIC. AT LOBBY BAR WAS 100 MBPs BUT IN THE ROOM WAS 0,170 MBPs. I TOLD THAT TO THE DESK OFFICER,BUT NOTHING WAS CHANGED

The hotel needs serious refurbishment, the heater was not working at all, we used the air conditioning for heating the room, the staff also brought us an electric heater The curtain in the bathroom was about to fall, the sinking from the bathtube was not working properly, the hairdryer also did not work; everything in the pool area needs refurbishment; Only one wardrobe for a familiy of 2 adults and 2 kids, the towels also need replacement; The food was acceptable, but not tasty, lack of variety However we appreciated the staff''s willingness to help and solve most of the issues we found.

What I didn't like the most was that we didn't even have water to drink at dinner, the dinner lasted until 10 pm and when we came at 8:30 pm, all the food was cold and there was no dessert either, just crumbs from the people who had taken it before. Also one elevator for the whole hotel, we were on the 3rd floor and never had a chance to use it. Thе pool when we were there had drops of water falling from the roof directly into the pool. The child's bed was a disaster.

We had chosen to include dinner in our overnight stay as there didn't appear to be a lot of choice for food close by. We chose from the inclusive menu offered but wanted one different starter. My starter and husband's main course both from the inclusive menu were served at the same time. I asked where the other starter was and was informed by the waitress that this, according to the chef, was the way it was to be served??? I asked her to return the main dish to the kitchen and bring it after his starter had been served and eaten. A very bizarre arrangement. The quality of food was ok. The restaurant lets the hotel down.

The gym is closed There was no plunger in the bath so had to block the water with a glass. It’s warm as they have central heating but it’s actually way too hot. Was probably 28 degrees in the rooms. No way to regulate it. It’s better than being cold of course.

It needs some work done. The shower was poorly installed. The pool area needs some refreshing. The jacuzzi next to the pool was super old and some panel in the front was missing and it was dirty, and only one side worked, and it smelled like fish.

The hotel was alright. The staff was friendly and the room was cozy. The spa was beautiful.
