It should mention that you can not access the property with a car !

The location is perfect, it's hard to get there but worth the effort. Unfortunatly you can only park your car at the street above the property and walk with your luggage down the steps, but it is surddenly worth it ! Few very minor issues, but they didn't significantly impact our enjoyable stay. We're already thinking about returning, especially during the quieter seasons. It truly felt like a cozy beachside home. Many thanks!

We had an awesome few days at this seaside hotel in Bulgaria. The location was a total beach paradise, right on the shore, with spectacular sea view straight from the bed. The owners and staff were incredibly polite, attending to our needs with impeccable service throughout our stay. And let's talk about the food – it was seriously delicious. This hotel might not be for those who want fancy stuff, but the price you pay for what you get is just awesome. We're already thinking about coming back, perhaps during the off-season, 'cause the prices are even better then. It really felt like a home away from home, right there by the beach. Big thanks!

The only thing I didn’t like was leaving to go home….

The owners welcomed us more like old friends than guests of a hotel. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful with a wonderful private beach area. Great food at the restaurant and a bar right at the beach if you’re so inclined.

The hotel is accessible only by means of an uncomfortable stair The beach just in front of the hotel is a bit small and the water is full of rocks ... the water is not very well suited for swimming

They don't have a hair dryer but that was not such a big issue for us.

One of the best stayings ever. The location on the beach made our vacation the best. The beach was awesome, with fine sand and smooth entrance in the sea which made the kids very happy and the parents relaxed. Large rooms with sea view and balconies, clean bathrooms, and lots of vegetation. Good food, not very diverse if you are a greedy guts, for our group was just perfect and we alternated with dinners outside the location. The host was nice and chatty, made us feel cosy. We are planning to come back here.

We were not aware of the steps down to the hotel which was a struggle with luggage. However, on departure, the owner carried the biggest bag back up the steps for us - at 25 kg - this was a tremendous effort for him - thank you! The shower was a good size but there was a strange smell from the plug hole. Keep shower doors closed and the smell is contained. Rosie and Keith x

The location was fantastic - a true paradise as the hotel is positioned on the beach overlooking the sea - which was clear and warm. Very safe for swimming as it was quite shallow up to about 20 metres out. Take goggles as you can see the fish and sealife very clearly and can dive for shells.The cold yoghurt drink at breakfast was exceptional as was the scrambled egg. The coffee at breakfast was not the best but this is being picky as we are coffee fanatics and have high expectations. If you want a fantastic coffee they serve it at the bar! The fish in the hotel restaurant was some of the best I have ever had. Grilled Dorado on the first night and then Grilled sea bass on second - huge fish and perfectly cooked - absolutely top notch! This was priced at about 19 leva - which was incerdibly good value. A family run hotel with mum, dad and two sons running the bar and restaurant. Very helpful, sociable and fun! It was an absolute pleasure to eat in the restaurant and chat to the owners and the other guests who all seemed very happy with their stay. We have already recommended this hotel to many Bulgarian friends as it was such a fabulous find.

If you go with the right expectations (which you should have set once you read the reviews) nothing will seem bad at Morski

Everything! It felt like home for our holidays. In fact it was our favourite thing about Golden Sands. It is a bit far from the main beaches but you can anytime enjoy the beach in front of the hotels (sunbeds and umbrellas for free). Breakfast (included) and dinner (paid) were of good quality and taste. The view was absolutely perfect, the rooms are clean and big, the staff is absolutely lovely! We loved it and we'd go to Golden Sands only for this accommodation.

One lamp was barely working and the owner said it's just the way it is and therefore it can't be fixed. But it wasn't a big deal since there's another lamp on the table which is working. This hotel might not be suitable for old and disabled people as it has about 100 steps on the stairs.

The breakfast is excellent, suitable even for people who are on some sort of a diet. There are lots of options to choose from: omelette, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, milk, yogurt, ham, sausages, toast, muesli, cereal, juice, tea, coffee, water, cheeses, bread, croissants. Although the breakfast is repetitive every day with minor changes. The room was big and comfortable with a huge balcony, huge closet and lots of sea view. The owner of the hotel is very nice and helpful. This hotel has free sun loungers, sun umbrellas for its visitors and its own beach territory. There are also a few boats. Although the hotel's beach is quite rocky, there is an excellent sand beach in just 5 minutes of walking. The hotel is very quiet, no distracting music, just the sound of the sea.

This property is one you really want to avoid by any means!!! Starting with the bad access from the main road to the hotel which is made only by walking up and down around 200 vertical stairs, it took us literally all the energy during the day, coming back to the facility on the night time, these stairs are not illuminated so there’s a risk you fall. The included breakfast was the worse I had in my life! Very poor scrambled eggs and the cheapest bacon, a few tomatoes and feta cheese, it was used from previous day.The coffee was also bad quality.Even the poorest hotels daily diversify the food at the breakfast but never morski briag. There is no parking at all as there is no access by car so don’t be fooled by booking.com description.When I arrived to this hotel I’ve been asked by the hotel owner 4 lev/day to park my car somewhere far to another hotel car park.It looked like a nightmare from the very beginning. The water on the hotel’s beach is not clean at all,there are green algae and big stones in the water, nobody from the hotel’s management bothers to clean the hotel’s beach ever. So don’t be fooled by the price,trust me, get your family to a better place.There are many other better hotels even if you pay a little bit more.

I knew not to expect much because I read the reviews before. So I thought it will not be high end but that was ok, the hotel didn’t present itself as being luxurious. Paid parking is far away. This hotel is surrounded by a big hotel and they are left with “an entry” which has 100 stairs and no lights. Stairs continue within the property but that was ok for me, less ok for small children or the elderly. Restaurant smelled of burned oil at lunch time, could’t eat. Spaghetti made with ketchup. Few kinds of food, not great. Payment by card only for accomodation, food and drinks cash only. Personal does not speak English. Room was not very clear, there was a huge spider in the shower. I could have stayed, still, because you get what you pay for. The part that I couldn’t stand was the smell of the seaweed from the beach. When we arrived, half of their beach was covered in seaweed. In the evening it was getting worse. By next morning, the color of the water was different, it was 100% seaweed. And the smell, I couldn’t drink my coffee in front of my room. I can only imagine what the smell was like on the beach which was only a couple of meters away. While I can imagine they can’t fix the seaweed issue within the sea, they could have taken away the seaweed from the beach in a matter of minutes. So it is their fault they neglect their beach. At least they were nice enough to not charge us for the second night, we left at 9am.
