Room a little dark, window, curtain and floor not really clean or just a bit too old

Unfortunately, the cover on the bed was unsuitable. It was a single cover, and when I asked to change it and I wanted a double or larger cover because it's not fit, the receptionist told me they hadn't, I think it was a strange answer and didn't suit this good hotel

Hotel located in center , you can check in at any time , we got flight at 2 p.m. Room was clean . Service was fine . Recommend for stay .

The hotel is a little tired but very clean. Not a huge choice at breakfast but well presented with a very pleasant member of staff

Even though the staff was very friendly, they didn't speak very good English. We visited the hotel in February and we didn't had parking space. No-one was able to explain to us how the Public Parking worked. All the signs were in Bulgarian and after some tourists explained to us we can pay throughout an phone application, our car was clamped. We had to pay a fine to The Parking Administration to release the car. We later found out that the payment is only valid from 9:00 to 20:00, not for 24 hours.

Very poor WI-FI connection in my room ( room no. 202). Basically I had to use my phone hot spot to be able to have some internet. As I was in a business trip and I had to work on my laptop , that was an issue for me. WI-FI connection was good at the restaurant, for example, but this didn't help me much.

The hotel has a great location, friendly staff, parking space booking possibility and all amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good Internet and public transportation connectivity.

Reception staff on arrival were unhelpful. It seems there are only 2 designated parking spaces. Rooms are tired but clean and well equipped.

The gym is in the basement and smells like a basement. I had a difficult time controlling the heat in my room because there was an open vent in the bathroom with heat coming all night long. There was also little light in the bathroom.

Amazingly sized room and convenient location of the hotel. The view was beautiful and it is staffed all night long if you need anything

The bathroon is too dark (very weak bulbs). This is felt especially during the day. Not even a continental breakfast at the time of my stay. There is a Bistro near by but it opens too late in case one starts the work early.

I liked the room which was quire spatious. Comfortable bed.

Maybe it is starting to be s bit old fashioned. Bath mostly needs a renovation in the next couple of years.

Excellent location easy to get everywhere. Clean and large room, comfortable bed. We arrived at 2:30 at night and they were waiting for us at the hotel, we got a room in a few minutes.

The facilities need updating (mostly the bathroom and). It would be useful if the key to the room had a tag with the room number. Also it would have been helpful if reception offers the free maps of the city and some basic tourist information.

The place was clean, the location perfect and so was the view from the balcony. It was very useful to have a fridge in the bedroom.

On arrival we were told no breakfast was available but the following morning guests were having breakfast. Not clear if we were too late to order breakfast or why it was not available.

Breakfast was a total disappointment. It was pre-packed in plastic bags containing a bottle of orange juice, a croissant, a cup of youghurt topped with berries or fruit and a small pastry. The pag contained this same combo every morning. There was no coffee maker, just instant coffee and only one variety of tea. Had I known this, I would have not paid for the breakfast in advance. There were many different people working in the reception and the service we got ranged from borderline rude to very good, so you kinda never knew what to expect.

Overall a very clean hotel, rooms were cleaned every day. Big room. Excellent airconditioning. Very good cafe just two steps from the hotel door.

That no breakfast is available. A cafe next to the hotel has reduced prices for the hotel guests, but unfortunately, due to circumstances, the person preparing the breakfast was not present.

The classic atmosphere of the place. Size of the room. I arrived late.
