Hotel decoration and comfort. Nice breakfast and good restaurant. Very well located, close to the park. Great staff, very helpful - the concierge (Gabriel) was of great advice to organize our visit.

The breakfast buffet was good, but it's not clear that you can ask for things to be made fresh eg eggs or tapioca. Dinner menu could be improved.

Comfortable hotel walking distance from Iguacu Park and the bird park. Excellent staff who will help you with anything. Great pool, hot tub and gym. On site trail through the rainforest was also lovely.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, just 2 km away from the airport and just a 5 min. walk to the entrance of the nature park of Iguaçu; friendly and helpful staff; very clean and well-equipped room with a powerful air conditioning and a fridge to cool beverages; very delicious breakfast with a big selection.

Location close to airport, parque das aves and brazilian side of the falls. Except for airport, in walking distance. Infrastructure includes part of forest and many other amenities. Excellent breakfast. Large bathroom, comfortable room.

I liked it all.

The reception is warm, with champagne and people make you feel very comfortable. All the area is beautiful and very relaxing, into the nature, with great facilities and a swimming pool that is really lovely.

The bathroom is a bit too basic, and the shower pressure is relatively small. There isn’t a removable shower head. Most staff were very friendly and helpful expect for the older, more senior looking man at the reception. The bar by the pool was sometimes noisy blasting music.

The pool and the outdoor hot tubs are excellent! The lobby is beautiful and chilling, nice space to chill in the evening. Breakfast was good. Great location being very close to the airport and the waterfalls.

Excellent hotel. Lovely swimming pool too. Gabriel in concierge organised the transfer from Argentinia airport to the hotel so we could view Brazilian side on ourfirst day. Entrance just 500 metres from the hotel. Next day he organised a personal driver and tour guide of the Argentinian side and then back to Brazilian airport for Rio connection. Our personal tour guide from Loumar was Pedro and he was fantastic. Excellent English, very informative and he navigated us back and forth through border control seamlessly.

Everything! Classy, clean, great staff, smooth check in and check out, well-equipped mini-bar, well-aerated bathrooms, comfortable beds. It is strategically located less than 10minutes from the airport and few minutes from the Foz do Iguaçu. We were greeted with piano playing in the evening and the chocolate on arrival was a nice touch.

Drinks are way overpriced and food is on the expensive side as well. The internal bar takes a long time to serve. Everything else is impeccable!

Well located, good facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Live music with dinner. Food and drinks were great.
