The handle of the shower door was just a hole in the glass in a shape of a square. Its cute but it make such a mess because of all the water that comes out the shower by that hole and leave a poddle of water on the floor 😅.

Else then the shower, everything. The best was so soft and comfortable. The service was Quick, professionnal and and the depostie of only 50$ was really nice too , not to expensive. I loved it.

no parking close to hotel even under M1 or 2 we had to park at end of parking outside not practical when you have several things too bring in, even if buggy, we had to get it and come back also, choice of coffee very limited, not enough cream and sugar we had to get more we had a room with a beautiful view of a roof of building next door and it was noisy i am sure the hotel was not full so we could have got a better room we did not bother to ask to change since all of our stuff were brought up cost is expensive for 2 nights during week for what you get - room size, comfort, location, view from room (roof)

The fellow at the desk when we checked in was very pleasant but not very knowledgable for places to eat. He tried to be helpful, but really was not full of information.

The coffee in the morning was delicious! We have stayed at an Alt hotel on other occasions, and have come to appreciate the facility. We stay there on our way back to Ontario each year from PEI.

a little difficult to find initially, and the parking area was small of could be pretty busy post covid.

Minimally furnished very clean interior. Good breakfast items provided in lobby. very friendly helpful front desk. located in the mall area so restaurants easy to walk to.

Food delivery person was not permitted to come Up to the room. I was told I needed to come down to the lobby, which I was not pleased with. Inconvenience was not appreciated at almost midnight. Room was far too hot. Pillows were sub par. No fridge in the room. Second time at an Alt property, once at Toronto airport and second time at Dix30. Both stays were mediocre at best.

I drove aimlessly around the plaza the hotel is in and couldn't find it. I happened to remember the address number - 6500 - so I parked and went to the lobby and asked at the desk if this was the hotel. They said 'yes' but I said there is no sign identifying it as the Alt Hotel. They said there is. Indeed at the 15th floor which you can't see from a car window.... They couldn't find my Booking.com reservation. I went out to my car and brought the printout in but it didn't have the reference number. SO I went back to the car and got my computer and showed them the whole page. In the end, they couldn't figure out that the only one with my relatively rare last name in the hotel uses his second name 'Tom' not his first name even though the 'T' is on the credit card. Young staff poorly trained. A half hour wasted after a 6-hour drive from Toronto and a spell being lost in Brossard because of the chronically bad signage in Quebec. The room layout was weird. There was a fridge but no microwave and it wasn't located anywhere near a sink. The blackout curtains were a nice touch and the bed was good. The lack of a restaurant was partly compensated by a continental breakfast in the lobby.

The waitress at the front desk on the day of check-in had a very bad attitude. She was very rude. I only had US dollars at the time. She said that if I didn't pay in Canadian dollars, the exchange rate difference would not be refunded. My friend only paid with a credit card when he came. The tone of her voice Very contemptuous, like blaming a criminal.

lack of food services. no understanding of my situation. we were waiting on acceptation of US ESTA and it came out a bit after 6pm so we could sleep at our friends place in Vermont. nevertheless when I asked if we could get into an agreement about the cancelation of the reservation and some kind of partial reimbursement they said no categorically. Not very commercial

Not a family friendly hotel. No microwave in room, bathroom sliding doors were not practical and quite annoying to close for privacy. Mini fridge was so small and could barely hold anything.

There was no mini fridge in my room and I thought there was when I booked the trip so I was a little disappointed. When I ate out I had no place to leave my left over food so I had to throw it out. This was a major downside of the room. I also found the pillows uncomfortable.

The staff was very pleasant and the overall hotel was lovely. I would stay here again despite the items I did not like.

Parking elevator doesn't reach the room floor. Many customers complained about it. Staff kept saying to insert the room key, but still. We could hear people talking late at night. Room is getting damaged, need some repairs.

Lack of closed, lockable bathroom doors. The saloon style door was uncomfortable especially with two young kids. The bed frame attached lamp kept hitting our heads when we went to sit/lay. Lack of non-alcoholic, sugar free beverages for kids. The root beer had 40g of sugar...

Staff picked and choose who they would be nice to. One of the girls gave us dirty looks during our stay and made us very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. There's no mini fridge in hotel rooms.
