Bed was worn badly in the middle, hard to share without sinking in the middle and the pillows were not comfortable. They only provide about a ketchup package worth of shampoo and conditioner.

I would prefer to have a TV remote control with a “sleep” function and better toiletries. I k ew the toiletries were low quality from my previous stay, so made sure to bring my own on this trip.

the room and amenities were very good. a good size bathroom with lots of water pressure and hot water. In the main area, the TV is a good size with the basic cable TV channels, a decent coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Most importantly the bed was very comfortable with good linens.

The electric heat made the air very dry and I had to create a makeshift humidifier by hanging a damp towel in the airflow over the heater. I would have gladly paid $5 a day to rent a proper humidifier for the room.

The staff were excellent and accommodating. The hair dryer quit working and was replaced immediately.

Shoveling of snow should have done to clearly see where the curb was touching the parking lot. The walkway was well done outside motels rooms. Where we parked, l almost twisted my ankle because stepping up onto the walkway you couldn't see the curb it was totally covered in snow everywhere. Something to remember now for customers/guests safety.

No visible sign for office location. Minimal hospitality at front desk. No luggage rack in room. Mattress slipped over box spring. No microwave. No decaf coffee available. Pillow flat. No making up room.

Easy to find and access. Spacious parking lot. Park at door to room. Quiet. Clean. Spacious room. Lots of accessible plugs. Decent mattress.

The remote for the TV was not working properly so changing channels was difficult. I gave up and was annoyed. Travelling with an elderly parent, our days ended early and this left me with nothing to do. Also, the man who checked us in only activated our room cards for one night, when we paid for two nights. We had to walk to the office to have the cards activated. I would have liked a small table near the sofa to set a drink on.

Excellent motel with big nice and clean swimming pool ! Location is excellent for visiting Perth, lots of stores and local brewery around ( walking distance). Lots of options for kayaking, biking and other outdoor activities.Bike trail is great, not busy and very well maintained.

We requested a different style of room this time around and I have to be honest, we weren't overly impressed. Parking and outdoor sitting area is oddly dedicated to this room. However, on a positive note, we would totally reserve the 3 rooms that make up the corner for our entire family! So really there isn't much we don't like.

We love the location! Not far from Ottawa. And the TRAINS! This motor inn is now our go to spot for sure. The family that runs this inn is amazing! They engage with their guests and keep a close eye on things. We like that!
