Noticed small details like the mirrors having dust collected on them. The bathroom did not feel very clean looks like attention to detail was lacking.

Front desk man was rude. Room wasn’t properly cleaned. And rooms were stuffy. Was told by front desk that the kitchen was open until 10:30pm only to try and place an order at 9:50 and was told it was closed

Front desk staff had their children running around when we checked in. When I tried to check out front desk staff was out of the building smoking in a vehicle with a friend. The friend also came in and they kept up their conversation using vulgarity.

Our room was nearly at the very end of a hallway and our internet access was not great. We went to breakfast around the midpoint of their stated hours and found all the food except two heels of bread, had been taken, and nothing had been refilled.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful. The room was comfortable. We were on the back side of the building so it was nice and quiet with no highway noise.

Only think I had a problem with was the wifi, it was really slow that I had to use my data on my phone to really check anything!

I loved how my native culture was around the hotel so it made me feel more like home aswell!

It would be better if the bath tub would have bars for giving support when getting in and out of the tub. Having bad knees I was not able to use the bathtub.

The door locked beeped. You had to pick up the door to click into place. The price was outrageous for what we got. We asked for a late check-out but then got a phone call to tell us to check out. Poor communication between front desk staff. The breakfast was lacking

Staff, cleanliness, breakfast.

Location was all I liked. It’s very dirty. Never have heat, heater never work. Loss expensive things cause we were moved 3time one night, and I left my camera and staff will not help me locate it. So it’s safe to say cleaning staff took it. Night staff, the lady in the white truck just sits in her truck and just smokes, she is very annoyed when she has to come in to chec us in or if we have questions.

Litter outside front entrance..I put it all into the garbage reciprocal. We were checked into an occupied room where a man was sleeping on the bed..the front desk blamed it on their new computer system.. Local vagrant sitting on concrete step out side of entrance watching us and followed us to see our vehicle..

Firstly the room wasn’t clean upon arrival. (Room 101) and forgot Nikon digital camera in room and wasn’t there when went back. Still waiting to contact manager. To resolve this moved to room 120. (Because of not clean room there was hair all over bathroom) Room 120 heater didn’t work in room moved to 226

I booked for a handicap accessible suite. This wasn't provided. They originally booked us in room that wasn't what was asked for. They offered a room that was at the end of hall for someone that has limited mobility that's not acceptable. We asked for a refund. Since we booked on line they told us no refund. This fraud and I'll be talking to my credit card company and informing the head office of this insult.

The room was clean but the public areas were dirty. The restaurant was mediocre and the wine was very bad. When we checked in the front desk staff was eating her supper and didn't stand up to greet us until I called her a second time.

The room smelt so bad of cigarette smoke it was hard to breath. Both my grandson and I woke up with bad headaches. The whole room needs a deep clean, especially a smoking room should be cleaned better than regular room. Carpets steam cleaned more often, walls, rugs and curtains cleaned weekly. Paying $155/night was terribly pricey for the uncomfortably stinky room we had to stay in because there were no nonsmoking rooms available.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I thought i would have an easy check in. Booked online with Booking.com arrived at hotel and room had not been cleaned. Bed slept in, garbage around. The hotel did not have another room for me and my son. We were sent qway at 10pm at night after driving 8 hours to get there. All because no one cleaned room and they had nothing else. The man at front desk said he would reverse charges and i wouldn't be charged a cancellation fee. Checked my online statement today and i was charged. They couldnt clean our room and we get charged a cancellation fee!!! Ridiculous!!! Worst hotel experience of my life!!!!
