Corridors were not as clean or well kept for that brand hotel. Key cards never worked for outside doors or parking lot, had front desk re-boot cards at least 4 times and still never worked. So many homeless people in this location, questionable security, and we had the fire alarm go off at 10pm and had to evacuate our rooms... sketchy. I know hotel is not responsible for the homeless, but at least put a doorman on to assist guests( especially if your card key isnt working)and keep non guests off property .

Location was central, but there are so many homeless people in the downtown core, it didn't feel safe walking to the outside parking at night. Rooms were well appointed, and beds were comfortable, asked for extra pillows which they brought right away.

Bathrooms are very outdated in the rooms. There is signs about there being a sauna, but when we asked they said the Sauna was removed a while ago 🙁

Drove around the parking garage for 20 mins and could not find a single space. Had to park in a lot that was a 10 minute walk away.

Reception staff were super efficient and friendly. Good location.

Pool needed to be updated as there was black marks and looked ĺike moldy and the tiles were all chipped. The breakfast that was included, front desk didn't inform myself and wasn't given a coupon to give to the Restaurant waitress who had to contact front desk staff several times for other customers as long as myself.

Room was nice, housekeeping staff were helpful, front desk staff were helpful but forget to give coupon for breakfast.

I noticed that restaurant seats were not cleaned after previous guests had dined and table settings were absent and sometimes incomplete upon being led to my table. Further the lobby seating ottoman had not been vacuumed and crumbs were apparent on the blue velvet. Otherwise staff were polite and courteous.

The room was clean and neat. Towels were good, shower good, shower curtain clean.

The hotel looks a little run down. There are some obvious maintenance that is not done. The parking lot is too small for the size of the hotel. The location is unfortunately right near a sizable homeless population, which makes safety a concern.

I liked the fitness room. All of the equipment was functional and I really like the Peloton bike and free weights. The breakfast was good and convenient and it is nice to have a decent restaurant for dinner, especially when arriving late in the day. The rooms are also nice and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

I was a bit surprised that it was a bit more outdated than I had hoped. It was suppose to be one of the best hotels in London from reviews. The parking garage also was being held up with big poles which made me very uneasy about parking my car there. It was not a bad stay but probably won’t stay again. I also had to pay for parking which I fee should have been included in the price!

There was a lot of roadworks outside of the hotel.Sadly London has a big homeless problem and the town itself has an air of decay with many shops closed.

The hotel was fine, staff were friendly and helpful and the room although dated had a comfortable bed and the room was clean and well equipped .The swimming pool was an added bonus

The parking is off to the side of the hotel which is a tad inconvenient and if there is a wedding or event taking place, parking is a bit of struggle.

The room was huge , plenty of space for a family if you are traveling with one but also quite dated. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom decent.
