We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe beds could be softer. The attached restaurant boasts high price with low quantity. It's attempting to be upscale but failing to meet expectations. The wine card only had bad wines on it.
Very clean and modern hotel. For the price and surrouding area this is very upscale. The view is breathtaking!

IsraelAlthough it was our 25 anniversary of marriage that I informed the place in advance, we got a room with a view to the parking. The door of the wash room was broken and the water were cold. Although we informed the team, they claimed that they are fully booked and therefore no able to change the room. it wasn’t one of the good places we stayed in. Also the lady in the resection in the night we arrived was a bit rude and was not willing to help.

CanadaWe booked 2 rooms but were put on different floors, not really a big deal though. And one room is facing the parking which is so convenient, especially if you have small kids.
-right by the ocean -modern design -gym small but functional -both indoor and outdoor swimming pools -hot tub -comfy beds -close to grocery stores and fast food

CanadaLocation very close and easy for everywhere. Staff was fair,room wasn't clean on my arrival I had to ask for clean and vacuum my room. Very small pool, but very nice outside St Laurent river .No breakfast room was expensive.
