Noise. Firstly with a barking dog left unattended in a room down the hallway. Noise from pool area. Loud music. Called the front desk several times regarding the noise at the pool. Someone from the hotel spoke to the persons (who were in the hot tub) The music was turned down but as soon as the hotel employee left the area the music was turned up again. I realize this is not the fault of the hotel just inconsiderate guests.

Well appointed room. Kitchenette came in handy. Good location.

There was nothing to really dislike. Next time I hope to face the trees or get an end suite because they're my favourite.

The sofa bed.

The lobby was very inviting, the staff helpful and engaging, the location was very central to our interests, and it was very clean. However, the sofa bed was not comfortable.

The bed was a little small for two people

The room included body soap, conditioner and shampoo which was really handy and they were really nice ones. The cleaning staff left little notes for us when they cleaned the room.

The internet was patchy in our room, but the staff moved us with no issues. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Staying here was a highlight of our trip to BC.

The location of this hotel is excellent. A very, very short walk from the supermarket, countless cafes and shops. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - they're all so kind and friendly. The rooms are lovely too: comfy beds, a compact but well-serviced kitchenette, and a nice bathroom. Highly recommend

Great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was comfortable, with all of the amenities you could wish for. I highly recommend Summit Lodge and can’t wait to return back! If you are in Whistler, give this gem a chance and you will be so happy you did.

Parking garage was easy to locate although the spots were quite tight. A truck parked next to our vehicle; my husband had to climb over to the driver's seat from the passenger seat. It is not right at the heart of Supper Village; if you want to be close to restaurants and what not this might not be the best choice for you.

I stayed at this hotel with my family on a busy weekend. Because the hotel was at the edge of the Upper Village, it was nice and quiet which we appreciated. Walking to the Upper Village was easy enough and didn't take long. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room size was decent for a Whistler hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the sofa bed was not bad for what it was.

The finishings in the room were a little worn. It’s a pet friendly hotel, so the room smelled a little like wet dog, although it was clean. Housekeeping seems to work all day long, so there was always some kind of cleaning noise going on during the day.

This place was so convenient and near everything! It was a comfortable place with a market just around the corner, restaurants within a few steps, and surrounded by natural beauty.
