The jacuzzi wasn't hot enough, the steam room had a nasty smell and no sauna!!!!

We was upgraded to a fantastic room with a lake view room I loved everything about the hotel the location, breakfast and swimming in the lake. The staff couldn't do enough for you.

WiFi access worked, but could have been more straightforward. Those who like to sleep with open windows might be bothered by the church bells.

Fantastic location on lake shore. The hotel has pleasant traditional-Style charm. Staff was very friendly. Our room (106) faced the water and offered comfortable beds, a spacious, modern bathroom and a spacious terrace. The room was quiet with windows closed. The restaurant was excellent both for dinner and breakfast, with an outstanding breakfast buffet.

Maybe a little more padding to add comfort to the mattress, but the views and the terrace more than compensated for this.

Excellent service and an upgrade to a room with a stunning lake view and a large terrace. Hotel was in a wonderfully tranquil location beside the lake, with only the atmospheric sounds of the steamer's hooters and the church bells to interrupt the peace. Breakfasts were amazing too, with all tastes catered for, as I believe was the case with dinners too.

Staff could be friendlier. A greeting with a smile would be nice. Room is quite stuffy with a small fan to circulate air. It was really quite oppressive at night trying to sleep. I was going to have dinner one night and noticed all the best tables were 'reserved'. It appears only half of them were used. However the dinner l had elsewhere was great.

The hotel is in a great location with great views over the lake and surrounding mountains. Breakfast is very good, though service a little hit and miss. Room is nicely set out with a great bathroom and balcony.

Only concern was the west facing aspect on a hot night without air con made it hard to sleep.

Hotel Beau Rivage is in a perfect location on the lake, soaking up the sun with pool and garden. Spectacular views. Staff were great, the restaurant was excellent with Italian styled cuisine.

The breakfast choice is limited with no offer of fresh cooking. There were plenty of fruit, cheeses and cold meats etc. Like the rest of Switzerland, the hotel restaurant was very expensive making a visit very costly.

Location with a lake view was excellent and Weggis is not overly busy unlike Luzern. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Mount Rigi which is very much worth the effort. Overall the hotel is good and ideally located on Lake Luzern with great views.

Breakfast is very basic, car parking is not convenient (has to park across the street and needed to leave car key at reception), pillow is totally uncomfortable (super flat and thin)

It is my fault for not researching this prior but I didn’t realize the hotel wouldn’t have AC. The staff was very accommodating and gave us a fan.

dining at the hotel can be expensive as it is quite upmarket. Weggis as a location may be too small for some though can do other excursions around the area.

fantastic location by the lake. extremely friendly staff who cater for all your needs. Food is excellent quality. swimming pool is heated and easy access to swim directly in the lake.

It is always difficult to leave !

The hotel continues to be outstanding. We have returned several times over many years and the quality is always of the highest order : welcoming and professional staff,; clean; extensive and varied breakfast of high quality dishes ; delicious dining in the restaurant; etc... The location on the lake provides the hotel with a unique advantage in terms of terrace dining as well as garden relaxing with a heated outside pool. The lake and mountain views are wonderful.

Beds could be a bit bigger. If the beds were bigger we would come more often.

Very service oriented hotel. Dog friendly. The restaurant was outstanding for dinner. Be sure to book the restaurant, it might be the best part of the hotel. Views are spectacular.
