I was on the first floor. I could hear sqeaky noise from someone walking on 2nd floor. If you are a light sleeper, you should ask to be on the upper floor. Also, don't forget to remove the "Do not disturb" sign if you want to request clean towels or something. I wanted to sleep in a bit but forgot to remove the sign when i woke up. I called to request an extra pillow and a clean towel. They couldn't provide me a clean towel because I had the do not disturb sign on the door when housekeeper came to clean my room earlier. But they brought me the extra pillow I requested, though. Also, if you one of those who likes to grab an apple or maybe an extra slice of bread after you have your breakfast and bring it to your room for later, don't do it because they will scold you lol. I couldn't finish a croissant and I didn't want them to throw it away so I wrapped it in a napkin and walked out on my way to the elevator one of the kitchen staff saw me and she told me that food was for dining in only. Of course, I quickly apologized, but her response was, "Next time you will have to pay". I wish that she would give me the benefit of the doubt that I wasn't trying to steal a croissant. I would understand if she saw me walking out with two plates full of breakfast but it was just a croissant. I walked in to the dining room that morning a hotel guest but walked out a croissant theft. Unfortunately, we were near the lobby area, so there were other people witnessing the incident. I was so embarrassed. It ruined my day a little bit 😞 but I respect the rules, though I understand why they couldn't bring me the towel, and I understand that breakfast is to be eaten in the dining room only. I respect the rules, don't get me wrong. I'm not complaining about the rules. I was just embarrassed about the croissant thing, that's all. Also, the hair dryer did not work.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Fast wifi. Within walking distance from train station. There are restaurants and Coop market near by. Quiet and safe surrounding.

The heaters were not working, I was a little cold. Also, there weren't enough electrical outlets. Since the hotel is made of wood, I was very disturbed by listening to the footsteps of the room upstairs.

The employees were very attentive and sweet. They took very good care of me. The hotel itself is quite cute. The size of the room was very good and the cleanliness was very good. The breakfast was very good.

Staff was very responsive, bathroom was very clean, and breakfast was solid. Loved the location. The bathroom mattered the most to me and it was great.

There is a bit of noise. You can sometimes hear the water travelling down the drains and since the whole structure is made of wood, you can hear creaking noises from all the rooms who share the walls.

Location was very close to the city center & main train & bus station (Walkable)....Cozy rooms with good breakfast. Very helpful & accommodating staff. Answered all my questions right from the time I booked the room...Smooth check-in & checkout. Held my luggage after checkout.

The WiFi is indeed a bit slow but this is really the only "complaint", which in most vacations shouldn't even be relevant.

The location of the hotel was less convenient, positioned in Interlaken West, which made accessing the main train station at Interlaken Ost somewhat cumbersome, requiring a 30-minute walk or a bus ride. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room, while generally acceptable, could have been better. The hotel's policy of not allowing phones during breakfast was particularly inconvenient and felt overly restrictive, which was a surprising and generally unpopular rule among guests!

The room was spacious and generally clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly, offering valuable recommendations and insights about the city, which greatly enhanced our stay

The sound from other rooms was noticeable, it didn’t bother me too much but it was distracting at times

Entrance of the hotel was a bit tricky. The gate, front of the hotel was not the real entrance 😆 Breakfast room was a bit tight, breakfast selection was okay, a bit lacking.

The structure is noisy, can hear every single noise of your neighbours. The bathroom is too small and no amenities are supplied except shampoo. The breakfast is on the acceptable level.

Since the building is made of wood it is easy to hear people make noise. I think a mini fridge should be installed in the rooms.

It was very clean and it had a very good view and location.Very close to train and bus station.The staff were lovely and there was great food and drinks offered for breakfast.
