We stayed at this hotel one night before traveling on the panoramic Bernina Express through the Alps. We selected this hotel because (with the early departure time of the train journey) we needed to be near the Chur train station. Not only was this the case, but the Central Hotel Post itself was a nice hotel with a lovely, helpful staff. Our room met all our basic needs and was neat, clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet provided ample choices. Loved the colored shells of the boiled eggs!

We arrived late and left early so can't comment on location particularly. Views were superb. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was very clean and efficient and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful but the hotel is not loaded with much charter or charm. That said, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Hotel Post is very near the train station but just off of the main street so it is still a quiet location. The breakfast was limited to sliced meats, breads, cheese, juice and coffee but the the food was a good quality and sufficient.

Great place to stay in Chur. Just 10 to 15 mins walk to the train station. Many restaurants and shopping stores. Very happening during the weekend yet a cool and relax town. Room was very comfy and clean. Staff service was excellent. Breakfast was superb. Simple but satisfying.

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows. Good and friendly staff service. Good location less than 10 mins walk to Chur train station. Many restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was awesome, simple but exceptional. The breads was soft and nice.

There was no instruction on how to lower the window shades, we only figured out the next day after sleeping in room with translucent curtains.

Just a little hard to find, but typical of smaller hotels in Europe.

Room was great. Breakfast delicious. WE had the bonus of hearing alphorns through our window and hurried to see them play; that was a great bonus!

Unfortunately, a reasonably large kitchen area could not be used because of the cost if a smoke alarm was activated. There was only a coffee machine.

A great location in the old part of the town, walking distance from the train station. (it is a bit uphill and cobblestones most of the way, but fine if you take your time) Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good.

Great breakfast buffet and the room was clean and a good size. The hotel is a really quick walk from the train station and in the old part of the town so very pretty streets all round.

A lower charge for the room would have been good, but it's Switzerland so that's not gonna happen. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay at Hotel Post.

Very good buffet selection for the breakfast! Good location, close to the train station. Also, the woman on the front desk was hilarious! She had us in stitiches

no private bathroom, although there is a sink in the room. the bathroom was right across the hall and was never busy.

Nice comfortable room, good breakfast, not too far from train station. Good tip: on the way front the station in the second block look for store called Manor. It is a small department store with a big grocery store in the basement.
