It would be helpful to inform clients how to adjust the ventilation as in our case the room was too warm.

The receptionists were pleasant and the person who spoke French was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are modern with uptodate equipment. The location of the hotel in the old part of the city is perfect.

Sliding door of shower couldn’t be closed properly. Mattress too soft. Cooking smells in room (? from kitchen, but my room is already on 4th floor) in morning. A lorry blocks the carpark exit, need to wait for nearly 20min for it to move out of the way.

Friendly staff, stylish and clean room, close to St. Gallen Abbey.

Could not connect to the Wi-Fi but was only there for a sleep so did not bother to seek for help, I am sure there would have been a way around it.

This was a great option for an overnight stay in St Gallen, it is conveniently located close the St Gallen Abbey which you can reach on foot. The rooms are very functional and take full advantage of the provided space. The staff is very helpful.

There was a problem with the shower which had leaked into the bedroom on previous occasions and damaged the laminate floor. This had to be repaired whilst we were there but the hotel gave us a platter of 'snacks' ( which was enough for a meal! ) as compensation for the inconvenience.

Extremely friendly and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast. We enjoyed our balcony facing the back of the hotel - so quiet. I particularly like the fact that the hotel employed some adults with learning difficulties.

Room decor was a bit too basic for my taste and the TV was way on the small side.

Breakfast was excellent, the room as well, and I liked the first floor kitchen area where you could help yourself to tea, coffee and fruit. One snag: the hairdryer had a missing end piece making it impossible to use but that was minor in the whole scheme of things. The room has very limited sockets and it would have been good to have one near the bed side table for charging one's mobile. But again, this minor. It was overall a great experience and I will certainly return.

the modern shower although was nice leaked on to the bathroom floor and I ended up using all of our towels to clean it up so we didn't fall.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. They made the experience absolutely lovely! The room was nice modern and very clean. the location was perfectly placed.

- I woke up a few times each night when other rooms closed their doors, it was quite noisy. - I think there might be water filtering from the shower to the wood floor in the room (it was visibly darker).

+ Location was perfect to visit St Gallen's old town and Abbey, and also walking distance from the train station. + Good cold breakfast variety (more hot options would not harm though!). + Room was small but comfortable and clean.
