Location superb, right on the lake with a beautiful outdoor restaurant. Rooms were large, comfy with everything you need and fantastic views. Staff were friendly and professional. Meals great. No complaints.

All hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a room upgrade to a room with full lake view. Breakfast is super. We had twice lunch in Bistrot Gaston. Their "plat du jour" was delicious while enjoying the lake view. The "older" waiter was a very welcoming and friendly person. The hotel itself is a bit older but all facilities were 100% clean and still very much OK. We enjoyed our stay in Montreux and would definitely go back to this hotel.

We did not have breakfast as it was ridiculously expensive. Also it was not possible to get a snack in the hotel and there was not a kettle in the room.

There was a lot of hair left on the floor in the bathroom and the room, even between sheets which looked new. I did not dig into how it was possible. I even found a bus ticket on the floor from previous guests. Parking is pain in the neck. I arrived late and all the spots were taken. I was advised to take a parking in shopping center which costed me 40CHF per day. Well to pricy!

Our tv did not work, our mini fridge did not work and our AC unit did not work.

The hotel is in an excellent position, directly beside the lake and within a 10 minutes easy walk from the main station. The views across the lake are spectacular, and the walk along the lakeside to Castle Chillon is beautiful. The room was a good size, and everything worked. There was a wide choice of food for breakfast, lots of fresh fruit as well as hot and cold food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the stay very much. We would very happily stay there again.

The location of Eden Palace was superb, the view each morning was spectacular over Lake Geneva, and the snow topped mountains behind. Spring and sparkling water each day in the room, the bathroom was beautiful and had two sinks too.

The hotel overall seems tired with some improvement areas around renewing some furniture. However there is a good effort in maintaining it. The lobby area could have been a nice bar.

There were no tea making facilities, not such a terrible thing, just missed enjoying a cup of tea in the evenings. Regardless, it was a great place to stay!

The location is fantastic, the views from the room astonishing, the towels and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, plenty of options for all tastes and the antique style of the breakfast room was so perfect! Would definitively go back!

Nothing really , we were there in January, so very quiet in the dining room etc, but lots of good restaurants close by.

The location was fabulous, right on the lake and yet very close to the shopping area. Room was very spacious. Would have liked to have had coffee and tea making facility in the room.
