We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

LithuaniaCheckin machine is a bit dumb, not comfortable to put a lot of information. Walls in the room were dirty. Pillows didn't feel like pillows at all, looks like there is some blanket in it. Additionally didn't like that a lot of stuff was broken, like you take out the plug with half of the socket 😄 Also broken hair drier, etc. Looks like there are no revisions for the rooms. Additionally would be nice to have some lights at the parking lot. Hotel is good for short stay, if you just want to get sleep, but not to enjoy the room.
Big room, there are some amenities, fridge, self checkin.

SwedenNo breakfast available in the 2 mornings we were there, reception and restaurant closed even during the day. Our room was smelling cigarette´s smoke so we had to keep the window opened for a while, to get fresh air. And the location was good to be close to the airport and to the event we went in but the area seems to be industrial area with some companies and due to that over the weekend was super quiet and nobody outside nearby. But if you walk 5-10mins from the hotel you see some houses, shops and bus stop.
Location is good to be close to Zurich airport by car/taxi. The room for 3 people was big, really good space. Same goes to the bathroom.

United States of AmericaThe staff on-site check in time is limited. The self checking in procedure lacks detailed instruction (actually don’t have the instruction anywhere), so we had to ask people in the building complex to help to figure out. Hope it could be included in the online hotel description or in the message communication to guests.
Location was good for overnight stay for next morning flight, as it is close to the Zurich airport. Though the environment looks like an industrial area but it is oaky considering the good rate.

Situated in a sort of an business park type of environment. Functional but a bit impersonal. Basic clean accommodation. No actual staff present - everything is handled via an electronic kiosk.

AustraliaThere are no staff onsite. The building is shared with commercial premises. There is a ATM like machine to check in when you arrive and it didn't work very well for us and another couple. We had to call the help number and then we're told to open a safe in one of the post boxes. None of this was explained to either of us beforehand. There needs to be more explanation on how the check-in process works.
