Nothing. Maybe the location is not that ideal, but I liked walking to the city center and you also get visitiors pass from the hostel and can use it on buses.

Everything was amazing the staff was really helpful and nice. Also ypu receive a visitors pass with discounts to some activities and free bus rides. Met some really nice girls there and the breakfast was nice.

No lift so had to carry our luggage up two flight of stairs.

May be about the direction from the main train station first, the bus number n last stop before hostel and the distance and the direction to hostel will make more easy for everyone. We had a bit difficulty because of some contractions was going on and no one told me or write to me about it. Anyway thank you 🙏. We would love to stay in your hostel again . Not to far from city.

Beds divided by thin material, so if your bedmate turns on the light, it will disturb you as well. Rooms have too many beds

Big dorm of 20 beds, so lot of noise depending on the guest, bring earplugs. The street nearby with the bus was in construction, so it was a little confusing where to take it, I ended up walking everywhere.

The breakfast was super great, lots of options. The dorms was clean and we were sure the sheets were too since we do our beds ourselves. The toilets and the showers are separate. I was at about 20-30 minutes of walking from everywhere I wanted, but the hostel also gave me a transport card on arrival.

Far from center and the nearest bus station is like 5 to 7 minutes walk the street is sloop and the facility is somewhat deserted dorms are very big 20 bed and cleaning is not the best a lot of lockers in the dorms but most of them are broken u can see spiders net on the ceiling top they need a deep cleaning

A bit noisy at night (as expected)

Small room, but clean as were the bathrooms. Nice shared facilities - table football (which the kids loved), sofas, quite spaces. Very easy to get the (free) bus into the town centre. The Lido Luzern was fanatastic!

Sockets by the beds are not very convenient to charge tour phone. The hostel is a bit far away from the city center, so you'll have to take a bus each time

The fact that it was filled with kids. I never expected to see that many kids in a hostel. Thought it would be young people (18+) and adults, but there were kids which I assume were on some kind of field trip with their school. They were extremely noisy and left everything dirty. Made my stay a lot worse.

The staff was amazing. They also had breakfast included, which was actually an AMAZING breakfast with quite a lot of variety.

Receptionist did not provide us blankets or inform. We used the ones in the room that wasn't hygiene.

Proper ventilation is required even if they are trying to save the environment by removing the Air conditioning that's fine at least provide proper ventilation or fans for each bed. Charging socket location is very wrong for bunk beds it falls on your face every time.
