Not a thing. Except for the parking situation we were still charged their 35chf daily although we had to walk a good 10 minutes back and forth to get our car while the private parking lot is under construction

Spectacular location. Unbeatable. Quiet. At the other end of town not with all of the hotels. Magnificent views spectacular pool and dining area and Terrace. Three rooms of breakfast buffet ! Superlatively kind flexible accomodating staff we intended to stay one night and stayed four!

Only one negative. Swimming pool access until 20.00 each day but we saw a lone gentleman swimming in the pool until 21.00. Should be t,he same rule for all.

The pool and lake access is the best thing about this hotel. Also the guy in the blue polo, that sort of runs the pool and delivers drinks was extremely friendly and pleasant. Overall a great stay

The decoration of the room was a bit plain.

Beautiful location directly on the front of the lake with stunning view from the balcony. Also to have breakfast on the terrace was a real pleasure. And the stuff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful.

This is a very good hotel, I can't think of anything negative to say.

Hotel with a beautiful setting on the edge of Lake Lugano. Also very handily placed for the Funicular up to Mount Bre with some great views for photos. Excellent breakfast spread and sattf were firendly and welcoming.

More vegan options at breakfast are needed, otherwise everything was great

The hotel is in a beautiful position with a very easy walk to the centre of Lugano. The room was quite kitsch in decoration but in a good way. The facilities are decent and the view is stunning. Overall clean and tidy and would definitely stay there again.

Some of the restaurant staff were a bit snooty. Food and drinks were expensive.

The location of the hotel was excellent: right on the lake, with lovely views, and it was easy to get to from the railway station by bus. I was glad it was air-conditioned as the weather was warm when I visited. It was very pleasant sitting out on the terrace to have a drink or meals. High quality hotel - though also a high price.

This hotel was beautiful and a value for the money. I had a balcony view of the lake that took my breath away. The property was well kept, and the pool area was beautiful. Breakfast on my balcony was perfect. Would stay again!
