The electric curtains don't work, and the wardrobe doors are broken. i did not manage to open them to put my clothes in, so they stayed in my luggage. More effort in the cleanliness is needed.

Only 1 usable plus socket that was next to the door so if you had wires with shorter leads it would be hard to charge items.

Close by to Stadium Letzigrund as attending matches for Euro 25. It was very basic but met my needs as only stopped 1,night

The apartment needed some TLC it was very tired, needed decoration, and a good clean. Sofa and headboard very stained. Artwork on wall damaged, take leg broken. The photos on the site must be very old.

Rooms were very stuffy and outdated. Check in process was pretty bad. We had 3 rooms booked but only 2 keys came out of the box. Had to call for assistance multiple times but ultimately succeeded.

Although we had a kitchenette, just basic facilities were missing like a kettle, washing up liquid (we had a sponge and a towel). The cutlery was also dirty (probably coz the previous person didn't have any washing up liquid 🤣) There was also only one curtain so pretty pointless for keeping the light out. The window wouldn't stay open so we had to prop it open with a bottle. There was also a cable laying around doing nothing. The lift up to the room was a bit worrying whether we would make it.

It was nice to have a little kitchenette. The location was great for the stadium. Easy to walk from and also catch the bus into Zurich town and the train station.

WiFi did not work. The instructions said to use given details in the room but the given log in seemed to be old and would not connect. We got by since it was just one night for us. Also, the lighting is a bit difficult to figure out.

Location is excellent. The property is neat and clean. The apartment has cooking appliances and there are grocery stores near by. Good place a one night rest.

It was very hot, no air condition and our window blind was broken and we couldn't open it. I reported this but they gave a number to call somewhere else. And it is noisy that it was hard to sleep. There were no sink hole in the bathroom and excessive water came into room. Room 23 was nice with wardrobe. Room 5 was ok. It has mini oven. Room 13 was the worst. They didn't care about this room. Beds' heights were low. Was hard to get up

Very well located for my trip to the football stadium 5 mins down the road! Decent enough for the price I paid. Cleaners were helpful and friendly. Place was quiet at night, no rowdy guests.

No air conditioning so hard to sleep absolutely boiling inside had to have the windows open then the traffic noise was so loud and we couldn’t sleep

The room was really nice and clean just so hot could not believe there was no air conditioner in a full heatwave. For the price it should be air conditioned.

Sadly, when we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned. There was rubbish piled up and washing up in the kitchen, rubbish on the table, beds unmade, towels on floor in the bathroom and full bins. There was no one around to speak to reference the cleaner. I contacted the owner, who very quickly arranged for it to be cleaned, although this meant leaving our luggage in an unsecured apartment for an hour while we waited outside for this to be completed. The weather was lovely and hot while we were there, a fan in the living room is provided but unfortunately only that window stays open. The others close when you push them open and we couldn't find how to keep them open for some breeze. Lastly, before we were ready to leave in the morning on day of departure, the cleaning crew were knocking on the door wanting to get in. When I said we weren't ready yet they were unhappy they'd need to wait. Ironic really considering we'd had to wait an hour the previous afternoon to access the apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and has a lovely view over the park on one side and out onto the street from the other.

The bathroom sink did not have a plug and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The hotel was near the tram station and easily accessible. The key collection process was user-friendly.

On the Booking.com site it indicated that there was private parking which wasn't the case and we chose it largely based on this. There were stains on the sheets too.

- The bathroom lighting is not working (always flashing) we had to use it in the dark. - The hotplates didn't work, we couldn't use the kitchen. - The toilet seat as broken. It was very instable. - we try to contact the service and we had always an answer that someone is going to contact us to solve the problem, but anybody contact us even if we call them. We were here for 3 days and it was not what we expected. - The cleaning service was yelled every morning. The insulation of the building is very bad, so it was very difficult to sleep well. They were not kind with us and didn't want to know anything about our problem. - ! Any room service every day, you have to bring your own dishwashing products ! - Impossible to find the TV command.

The apartment was worn down and had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The pipes were leaky and when taking the elevator to the 3rd floor we got stuck briefly. When informing the host we never got a response back. With great luck everything worked out, but incase we would have needed assistance, I don’t think we would have received it quickly.

The check-in was clear and easy.

The window handle was broken during our entire stay. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We hardly managed to turn the metal bar and open it. We didn't receive a new room because everything was booked. Nobody came to fix the window.

Location is great, very good connections to the nearest Bahnhof . It was clean. The bed was comfortable. My check in was after midnight in this self check in /check out is very convenient .

Hair dryer was not in a working condition. Hygiene was little bit compromising however they provided clean bedding. No reception or extension contact on site to inform regarding difficulties during stay. Key collection and key drop from a box which is literally behind the hotel :( and was difficult to find during night time due to bare minimum light

This place is located right opposite to tram station and train station is just 15min walk. District 1 is only 10 min with tram route
