For the price that i paied ( 50 euro),everything was perfect…..a small clean room in a good area -not far from the train station and the Zurich stadium!!

Avoid this place. When I was there, very drunk people where loudly speaking, listening to music in the hallqay next to the window and smoking inside. When confronting them at 1 AM if they could be silet they got very aggressive and made no effort to be a bit calmer. I dont know if these people even belong to the apartment house as the door is always open, but I felt very insecure and there is no support from this hotel. The result is I had a sleepless night, so no recommendation at all.

The room was not good clean, the glass of box in bathrom was broke, the toilet was broken, the bed sheets was with hair.

The first room I was in was clean but had a foul smell, initially of smoke, but after I aired it for an hour, there was still an underlying stench in the room. The whole hallway stank of smoke. I was then kindly moved to another room, where the hallway was fresh, bur the room itself also just smelled of stale smoke. And it was dirty. I would not even sit on the sofa it was so disgusting, nor did I walk barefoot ever, because the floors also looked less than ideal. The bathroom and bedding were clean, but half the bed was soaking wet. After establishing it wasn't urine, my guess is the mattress needed cleaning and that's how they left it. The pictures are very misleading and they should consider rebranding themselves as a smoking hotel or install smoke detectors. Overall just an extremely poor experience. Wouldn't recommend.

The location was decent and the person I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional. The check in process was smooth and as described.

I’ll start with the most egregious issue to me which was the internet. The check in instructions said I’d be given internet access data in the room and there was nothing. Unless you have an international cell phone there’s no way to get wifi. I messaged multiple times but obviously could not call them for help, because I didn’t have a Swiss phone. I didn’t get a response until the next day. So if you have ANY issues during your stay you’re screwed. The bed had actual dust on it. There was no way to control the temperature so the room was frigid the entire time. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the hallway the entire stay.

It was one of the cheapest options we could find.

Showet doors broken, beds broken, just run down and in desprate need of repairs., double beds with only a single duvet on, despite booking for 2 people. Very hot rooms. It's cheap but if you can find anywhere else go there instead.

The shower door was broken, but that can easily be fixed. It didn’t prevent us from showering so it wasn’t a big deal.

The room was so hot and made it difficult to sleep. The windows thankfully had double glazing that cut out most of the noise from the street where this room faced. However, because it was so hot, I had to open the window which made the room noisy, and once again, couldn't sleep. The shower doors are also broken, making it impossible to close when showering
