Exceptional hotel with beautiful modern Italian theme and quality decorations throughout. Free parking on site.just behind but right next to the hotel. Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Room was superb, spotlessly clean with all modern conveniences. Lovely modern shower and lovely complimentary natural shower gel and shampoo. We booked a mountain view room which was spacious and had the most superbly comfortable bed! Lovely touches such as complimentary water, Nespresso coffee machine in a snug room, and fruit. We walked down to the lakeside cafe bar owned by the hotel to enjoy a beer and wine on the edge of the lake in a deckchair which was wonderful after the long journey. The evening meal was excellent at the hotel, highly recommend the beef and homemade rigatoni, both were delicious. Delicious breakfast, buffet style delicious meats, cheeses, cereals, yoghurt and fresh breads. Eggs cooked 3 ways to order. Gluten free and lactose free catered for, best to ask ahead. Free bus into Thun and Interlaken with QR code from the hotel. Buses excellent and frequent. Highly recommend a visit to Thun for the castle and bridge. Interlaken is half hour and great to connect to trains for Jungfraujoch, highly recommend!!! And Lautebrunnen and Wengen just beautiful!! Had such a fabulous stay, thank you so much lovely Pascale, Elena and team we had a truly fantastic time. See you again one day we hope 🙏🏻🤍🇨🇭

The owner was really attentive. He helped us to get best of the region with a small child within 2 days thanks to his recommendations. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were so clean that I almost felt like home. The location is close to the Thun center and is by the lake.The hotel provides panoroma cards that provides free or discounted public transport.

The hotel is also a restaurant which is always a good thing. Beautiful location just a 2min walk from the lake and also beautiful decoration. There is also a common area where there is free coffee, fruits and water. The view from the room was spectacular!

the hotel is a good option when you travel in CH. From the first the room is clean an quiet, stuff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast is amazing as well as the diiner at the restaurant. Parking is easy and the location is good to reach.

The beds and pillows are too soft. Yes it should be a little firm.

Got quite hot overnight. Could have done with another pillow. Electrical socket didn’t accept adapter so no charging of our mobile phones. Excellent food in the restaurant - make sure you book a table in advance as can be busy.

Be aware that all the sockets are Swiss (narrow ones). We had coffee capsules in the room and there was no coffee machine for them (there was another coffee machine on the floor and it was using other capsules). It would be nice to have a kettle on the floor.

Free parking, nice room. Free fruits and water. Easy late check-in. It is quite a simple but excellent-quality breakfast.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in in Europe. The service, food and hotel generally were all first class - and we could even take our dog who was loved by all and sat quietly whilst we thoroughly enjoyed dinner. We chose half-board which is what we recommend. A free bus pass was the icing on the cake as I normally drive and have the parking issue to deal with. Magnificent spot by the lake - and you would never regret a trip here. 11 out of 10!

It is a very minor issue, but since it’s a renovated property it does not have a lift.

Very warm welcome and additional services provided for our daughter’s needs 👍🏻 good breakfast though options are less but much better for Switzerland based resorts / hotels. We all liked their property with restaurant and surrounding space is very nice and relaxing.

The owner couple Pascal and Karin has been exceptionally welcoming. We were in Thun for the Ironman event and Pascal made us a great breakfast at 4.00am and then drove us and the other athletes that stayed in his hotel personally to the start.
