The property is just next to local railway station and bus station just less than 1 minute walk. Main station Bern is just two minute train ride from where you get trains for all directions. Reception is only 10 to 6. For short stay it is good.

Was a little strange having normal rather than frosted glass on the bathroom door There is a computer problem so a hacker gets your booking data and sends you a WhatsApp saying your payment card hasn’t registered so do it again. It’s very legitimate-looking

We stayed at Stay KooooK Bern Wankdorf and had a mixed experience. The online check-in process was smooth and innovative — it was actually our first time trying a fully digital hotel system, which we found quite interesting. However, there was no staff on-site, and when we had to call for support, the communication felt a bit unfriendly, which left us with a slightly negative impression. The hotel is located near the train station, but it felt a bit far from the city center. Also, the hairdryer in the room didn’t work, which was a minor inconvenience. On the positive side, the interior design was excellent — modern, clean, and very well thought-out. We really liked the room and its overall aesthetic.

This was by far the best apartment experience I've had so far. The location is excellent – right next to Bern Wankdorf station, from where you can reach the city center by train in just 5 minutes. The apartment had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It was clean, thoughtfully designed, and you could really see the attention to detail. One thing that took a bit of getting used to was that everything was controlled via a mobile app – the room key, elevator, parking access, etc. – but the staff were extremely helpful and explained everything clearly. There's also a grocery store and an underground garage in the same building, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

Outlook wasn’t great but inside was so nice you didn’t need to look out the windows!

The room was cozy, very originally designed. The check-in, entering the room was perfectly contactless. Staff super nice and helpful. The cherry on top was the view of the Alps from the terrace❤️👌

The bed is a pull out and could be comfier, only 2 pillows provided. As we arrived on a Sunday, something in the fridge like water would've been ideal.

The room was very modern, Japanese influenced. It is right outside the train station, only a few minutes walk. There is a Coop right next door, but limited opening hours. On a Sunday completely shut. There is a great hang out area on level 8 with board games and a pool table.

apartment needed an ironing board also there was only German and French channels on TV whereas all other places have had international channels. the chromecast was very useful though

very smart design apartments very well use of space with the moving wall so you still have queen bed and full use of kitchen lots of storage coffee machine with pods and tea very clean easy to use check in great to be able to have a room slightly early game for entertainment too had everything you need chromecast on TV right above a coop and right by the station so you can get to everything you need

Stay was very comfortable....staff was very helpful and cooperative. We as vegeterians and Indian, thier community kitchen was very helpful to us. Only the rooms are small but every minute requirements are taken care.

A bit of noise from building works. Be sure to pay attention to the checkin instructions. I was not fully prepared for the smartphone app key system.

New and modern. Located right next to the bus terminal. Easy access to the old town area

They use digital keys but their website has bugs. Taking long time to fix. If you cannot get though you will be in trouble getting in. Also they shut down the digital key at 11:00AM, not even a few minutes allowance. Once your time is up by 11:00AM you are kicked out.

Wi-Fi access in the garage. Can’t get mobile coverage. Wi-Fi by main entrance. International roaming for me is expensive. I am no fomo, handy ruling my life no way!
