We were a group of 4 x couples over for a wedding. We stayed at the 2 back villa's and they were amazing. Lovely view through the pool and to the beach. Location was absolutely superb. Great social gatherings and the pool was lovely. Staff were freindly and we would definitely be back again.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Well worth the $$ and stay! The sounds of the Cook Islands and beach sunrises and sunsets within walking distance of everything! Muri markets is an amazing dinner option too! So quite secluded and private!

The Location is amazing. The Villa is perfectly positioned. The property was extremely well maintained. We met our host Brooke on Check-in and Check-out, she was absolutely welcoming and accommodating, she's a star!

There is nothing to dislike. However, wifi unreliable and TV access has been very poor. Frustrating although having no TV was also a plus.

Openness, clean, uncluttered, everything needed was here. Very quiet and private. Fantastic and friendly staff. Manager quick to respond.

It was just perfect. Highly recommend. Nice snorkelling in the lagoon, pool was great, view amazing. The different shades of blue just breathtaking. Villa is just perfect in any way possible. Staff is lovely, great breakfast. Nothing to complain about. We loved it!

The villas are very comfortable, with everything you need to self cater and relax. Robyn and her team are great and very attentive. We were there between Christmas and New Year, so the complimentary kayaks were not available because the supplier, KiteSUP, was closed. Robyn immediately offered a good alternative with a refund if we hired from them. Breakfasts were good and the team ensured we were supplied ahead of the public holidays as well.

The information available on arrival was very limited. There was no info on where to get the canoes and no information on doctors availability.

Breakfast was amazing, a different meal every day and of a really high standard. The location was perfect, although I believe very noisy in the morning in the rear bedroom due to roosters.

The apartments were very well located and equipped - stunning views on the lagoon and easy access to beach. - glass balustrade on deck and low loungers great for stopping wind while not interrupting view. Always something to look at we travelled with an elderly gentleman (89) who managed the stairs fine and loved being able to sit and watch the kite surfers ,coming and going and the boats as well as walking on the beach. Bakery over road and very easy walk to a few shops and restaurants

The pool was a little bit chilly.

Absolutely loved the location. The breakfasts were delicious. Was so easy to communicate with the staff, we were very well looked after. Our requests were seen to promptly.

We had a few operational issues with Villa but these were remedied very quickly. They were all sorted out by text. I am old fashioned and occasionally like to talk to people especially if they are not based on site.

Breakfasts were fine but every now and then we felt like a cooked breakfast so went to the Cafe opposite the site which was good. Location was excellent with good swimming , snorkelling ,great pool and plenty of close high quality activities ( eg Te Vara Nui Village Show & Dinner, Koka lagoon cruises , Evening Food Market etc etc )

We would have liked more savoury breakfasts from time to time, and a little table and chairs nearer the sea for the evenings - but that is literally it.

We loved the location, cleanliness and gorgeousness of the property. It looked dazzling and was so well kept by the staff. It is situated in probably the most ‘happening’ part of Rarotonga and we would regularly be able to watch whales from our balcony in the evenings.
