I don’t speak Spanish. It was hard to communicate with the owner/manager. She didn’t respond to emails or texts. I had to go to the property and hope it all worked out. It did but it was a bit nerve wracking until I was settled.

It wasn't cleaned properly, the furniture was falling to bits. Also the second and third beds are a bed and a rollaway in the kitchen.

It was not clean properly, towels looked dirty not really white uellish color, toilets had stains, carpet dining area was dirty so was the seats, ac did not worked and tv did not worked, so next day I had to wait for ac maintenance and cleaning people… The bathroom was very old and the ceiling paint was peeling off and stained….this place needs some renovation

Property was not able to charge my CC, cancelling my reservation and sent a notification only 2 hours before arrival (11 pm) reservation was cancelled at 2 pm Not even acknowledge an alternative to collect the method of payment. 0 customer service - 0 emphatic how do you think I am going to get a room at 11 pm in Santiago?

Dirty, needs a lot of maintenance, the tv didn’t work, no ac, the stove barely worked, old and dirty pots.

Some of the furnishings were a little aged, but functional and clean. It would be helpful if they had somewhere to store luggage for a little while after.check out. The kitchen has the basics, but a wine opener wouldn't go astray.

The appartment needs a little bit of a make-over and it would be perfect

Perfect location close to everything. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The recepcion and cleaning staff were really friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The sheets, towels and pillows where old and not sure they were that clean. The heating didn’t work at all, the air conditioning hardly had any air come out, the TV had very few channels and didn’t work properly. the floors and cupboards are very worn and old.

The location is good, great area with lots of restaurants and very close to the Costanera shopping Center.

Not very clean. Only one towel for two people during 4 days. Few lighting bulbs, we have to buy some more. The main door lock was broken the first day and we had to wait outside for 2 hours until the owner had it repaired. The kitchen area was greasy. Not enough toilet paper. A bad experience in general.

The front desk didn't have keys for me and were rude about it! I called the contact several times and eventually apologized for not being prepared.

The facilities are old and in pretty bad condition; linens and towels were rags. The maid tried to find a decent towel but it wasn't possible. On September 15, 2021- I received a nasty, unpleasant and harrassing WhatsApp message from the owner of the place after she saw my review. She told me that I was Argentinian, which I'm not, because I was ungrateful and bitter; those discriminatory remarks were about Argentinian people. I have reported it to booking.com and will also report it to the Carabineros and PDI.

very poorly maintained, host difficult to reach and she credited the stay in the credit card register in "booking.com", days before, causing confusion and without telling anything. didn't have any problem with warm water, but we had our room cleaned only 1 time (wasn't clear about the hours available for cleanse)
