The vibe of this place is amazing. Apart from the great facilities that someone can easily check online, what makes this place unique is its people! The hospitality and the politeness of these humans there are hard to find.

We were initially concerned about the toilet flushing but I think it was a one off and the situation resolved.

The hotel and neighbourhood were so quiet. Very short walk away (~5 mins) from the malls and many restaurants. Excellent value for money - I have never stayed in such a large comfortable suite for an excellent rate. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and knew some English as well The (way later than normal) checkout time of 1pm worked perfectly for us!

We had an amazing stay here. Super safe location, very helpful and kind staff, very clean rooms. Breakfast buffet had great choices and really tasty. Got room service too which was great. Nothing bad to say at all we loved it!!

Only one small matter was that the air conditioning did not seem very effective. Despite it being set for 18°C and running constantly, the room remained quite warm. Other than that our stay was perfect.

The hotel was much better than we expected. The room was very large and well equipped with plenty of cupboard space and surfaces on which to put your things. The bathroom was spacious with a good hot shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was even a massage chair in the room. The fridge and coffee machine were welcome additions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices for cold food and cooked food to order. Most of all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Room was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed and more. Great value for money Staff were great; really helpful and agreed a late check out (check out is a really decent time anyway @1pm!) Great location. 5 mins walk from main shopping centre and bars and restaurants around the corner

I found that the internet was a little spotty.Poor TV selection for English channels,however I did enjoy Netflix.Some electrical issues in my suite. Constant buzzing / chirping of electrical switches, until I pulled out the card key completeley each night .

Exceptional location, facing a lovely small park, close to Andino shopping complex, many restaurants, bars and cafes. Grocery a block away. Yet, quiet location I had a very generous suite facing the park, with a treed and mountain view. Excellent housekeeping services. Loved having a little kitchenette. I was there for two weeks.Very treed , lush neighborhood. Easy access to extensive bike paths.Small but well equipped roof top gym. Also I felt safe in this area called of the Zona Rosa.

Only a few small things. There are no readily accessible outlets near the bedside tables. Admittedly, this is a personal pet peeve of mine since I feel like hotels should really have that figured out. Additionally, the bathroom has a glass door and doesn’t close super tightly, so if you’re traveling with someone I could foresee that being a problem for people who are rather private in that regard. Again, neither of those things would disuade me from staying at the hotel again.

The hotel is in a great location—safe to walk around at night and close to tons of shops, cafes, and places to eat. The front doors even opens onto a little park across the street which is great. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out with a comfy bed. There’s a great patio past the dining area where you can have a coffee or drink in a really lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was solid as well and while I don’t usually eat at hotels, I found myself having breakfast multiple days (the tamales are quite good). Worth a special mention is Marco, one of the staff in the dining area who is a gem for this hotel. He’s personable, friendly, and makes you feel incredibly welcome and at home. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again when in Bogota.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Super quiet. The hotel staff were so nice and attentive to every need and desire. The concierge, Denise, was extremely helpful and fun. And the breakfast was terrific with local treats and familiar foods for travelers.

This hotel is in the perfect location. The room and daily maintenance were exceptional. The breakfast was also exceptional and all the people working there were extremely polite. If we visit Bogota again, we will stay in the same hotel.

The bed was good but could have been a bit harder for my taste.

Very nice Hotel close to Zona T. The staff was very welcoming and polite. The welcome drink was a small, but very nice and well received gesture. The room had a good size and was comfortable. The breakfast was also good.

I didn’t love that the bathroom area didn’t have a door to kind of separate from the room, and my refrigerator was broken but they quickly changed it.

Great location, close to the andino shopping area, but just far enough away that it’s very calm at night. Staff are fantastic, breakfast is classic Colombian and delicious.
