Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ColombiaThe food from the restaurant was plain. One cook better at home without being a chef. With the location of the bar, they could have one of the best places at the city but the lack of employees there is notorious. The whiskey selection is pretty limited to common blended :(. Don’t take me wrong it is good but there is a lot of room for improvement.
It was clean and the location was great. The manager is extremely gentle. He pays attention to the little things. The bar has an amazing location.

It was pretty well located and the overall facility was good for us to enjoy. We really liked the pool and the restaurant. I think that the rooms are a bit old. It would be great if they could repaint and perhaps make them a bit fancier.

NetherlandsThe hotel didn’t make us feel very welcome. We had to sign a form upfront that stated we did not have any complaints and were satisfied with the hotel, which is strange. 1 of the 2 pools and the sundeck were always closed, but this was not mentioned when checking in. The breakfast is very simple and you have to be served by employees. Very small bathroom with two rather small towels. I guess that’s why the bathroom is not in the pictures.
The hotel has a great location. If you book a room, make sure it is with sea view.

The hotel and view of the sea from the 20th floor was spectacular. The staff were very helpful. They let me leave my bags in a locked storage room because I arrived at 9am and check in was 3. They had English speaking staff which was very helpful also.
