The food from the restaurant was plain. One cook better at home without being a chef. With the location of the bar, they could have one of the best places at the city but the lack of employees there is notorious. The whiskey selection is pretty limited to common blended :(. Don’t take me wrong it is good but there is a lot of room for improvement.

It was clean and the location was great. The manager is extremely gentle. He pays attention to the little things. The bar has an amazing location.

The room that was assigned to us didn't have a fridge or ventilator in the bathroom.

It was pretty well located and the overall facility was good for us to enjoy. We really liked the pool and the restaurant. I think that the rooms are a bit old. It would be great if they could repaint and perhaps make them a bit fancier.

The front desk staff didn't speak English and would not try to find someone to help. Just said don't speak English and shoved the sign in papers your way to complete. No explanation of services and could not answer any of my questions.

the pool very small, The shower in the room filled with water when I took a bath, the drain did not go down properly. The included breakfast was not very varied. I have been in hotels in Cartagena and Colombia with much better breakfasts.

The hotel didn’t make us feel very welcome. We had to sign a form upfront that stated we did not have any complaints and were satisfied with the hotel, which is strange. 1 of the 2 pools and the sundeck were always closed, but this was not mentioned when checking in. The breakfast is very simple and you have to be served by employees. Very small bathroom with two rather small towels. I guess that’s why the bathroom is not in the pictures.

The hotel has a great location. If you book a room, make sure it is with sea view.

The room was smaller than pictured. Cameraman did an excellent job portraying the room larger than reality. But overall good.

The hotel and view of the sea from the 20th floor was spectacular. The staff were very helpful. They let me leave my bags in a locked storage room because I arrived at 9am and check in was 3. They had English speaking staff which was very helpful also.

A leak under the sink when we checked in but they changed the room right away to an even better room.

Amazing ocean and beach views from many rooms. Excellent front desk service. Excellent room service. And attentive and efficient service at breakfast. Great value for the price.
