The room organization The warm welcome from general staff I didn’t visit the facilities, but I think they are good anyway

The valet service was very very, very slow in responding . I wanted to grab something from my vehicle and I asked the reception if they can assist me she said yes and I waited for 20 minutes and there was no one ring my bell so I go down and grab it by myself. The nightclub nearby the hotel was very crowded with people and taxis and noise seriously, I wasn’t comfortable off the people and at 3:30AM there was a police and peoples shouting from down otherwise The TV was very old and there is no any features in it like YouTube Netflix, Shahid, etc. So I got sad from the situation

It’s not our first time in this hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable but this time we had a lot of issues. A gum was left on the carpet, no towels available in rooms or swimming pool and the shower curtain not fixed.
