Dining in kitchen restaurant was amazing. Staff very accommodating. Each and every staff in hotel worked so hard to meet our needs and request.

the hotel is really not managed well, garden, pool and hallways have been really not clean, pizza boxes laying around, dog-poo-bag holder has been not maintained for months, hallway stairs dirt was laying for 2 days,

We did not receive any soap in the room, none of the cleaning ladies put it in the room during our stay. They tried to convince us that we had only paid breakfast for 2 people, and we had to pay extra for the kids, and we had to send them the booking reservation with the details in order for them to agree with us (they should have had that from when we made the booking, this took unnecessary time at check in). The restaurants are a bit pricy.

The rooms are large and well appointed. The two double beds are really nice and we enjoyed looking at multiple types if birds from our window. Breakfast is nice and the view to the mountains is spectacular. Pool is also very nice, as well as the grounds. Loved the feeling of hacienda, with all the nice touches around

The food was tasty but not delicious. The rooms should have complimentary bottled water and extra towels. The tile floors are cold when it's rainy. Slippers and robes should be offered at the price point. Swiss Tours gave us the incorrect start time for our tour. They told us to be downstairs at 6am for a 7:45am tour. Beds are a bit too firm.

The hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and offered a nice variety of tasty food. We dined here for breakfast, which was included in our rate, and for one meal in the sports bar. The food is good but not excellent for the price point, so we ate dinner outside of the hotel. I had a great massage at the spa. The property is relaxing over all. It was also very nice that they decorated for Christmas.

We had a few issues with our toilet not flushing correctly, so we told reception and the maintenance guy came around to fix it, but sadly it still didn't work.

The room was of a great size, the bed was comfortable, and, more importantly for me, the pillows were comfortable. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun loungers.

The check-in service tried to change my reservation to a double single bed room arguing the place was full but I had a reservation idk why he tried, it was until I stated the obvious, that why the hotel let me make the reservation if they don't had the room, etc. they made some calls and found it as expected.

The service at the breakfast buffet restaurant is excellent every single person working there makes you feel welcome, great food.

The restaurants are a bit overpriced, though the food is very good.

Spacious and comfortable room, big and very nice territory with a nice open swimming pool and a tennis court. A few restaurants with pretty good food and a bar on site. There is also a business lounge that is a convenient option for those with the access. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My only complaint is I thought the hotel was missing some life. I would have imagined some live music playing to add to the charm of the place.

Beautiful property, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was fabulous and we had snacks around the pool which were delicious.

Not that I go to hotels for the TV, it would’ve been nice to have a TV I could stream to.

The property is gorgeous and sequestered, like a private luxury. There are several restaurants on the premises and an emphasis on the history of the hacienda. Breakfast was delicious and they had so many options to choose from. Dinner was great as well, but Sandra, our waitress, really added the warmth and charm that made us feel at home. Sandra was absolutely wonderful!

Perfect location for closeness to the airport. Kids playground and pools were a bonus alongside variety of restaurants and bars available. I'd definitely recommend if looking for a place close to San Jose Airport.

Very big, my room 303 was badly located above the outside Bar restaurant where I heard clients talking until late.

It was the ideal spot to relax after a long plane trip. It was very close to the airport. The room was great. Especially nice were all the restaurants and the pool, which was very nice and family friendly. I was on a Windstar Cruise, and the next day we left for the cruise. It would be a nice jump off for any tour schedule, or to stay for a few days.

The sheets were so itchy.

Location was amazing. The property was nice to look at and take in. There was a variety of food and the gift shop was nice. There’s a airport shuttle!
