Despite being clean on arrival, I found a cockroach in the room at 9pm one evening. Cockroaches are not unusual in Cyprus but in December, it was a major surprise.

A good central position. The apartment was cheap but so were the interior facilities. Very friendly staff on arrival and on checkout.

The breakfast was tasty, simple but good. The server (tall and thin girl) was very kind to me, always smiling and showing respect.

There was no kettle, only 1 wine glass and no soap at all! It’s definitely should be more equipped. The breakfast is the same every day and not very big. For us it was enough but I think not everyone would be satisfied with such portion. The location is not very far from the city center but you still have to use a bus or walk for half an hour. Don’t get confused by the map as we did - even though the sea is really close but there is no promenade or any place for an evening walk. You need to go to the city center.

Comfortable apartment with the kitchen and a balcony. Our apartment was on the first floor with a beautiful palm tree near our balcony. It was nice to enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee there. Elysso hotel is across the road and has a nice swimming pool on the rooftop which can we used by apartment guests. We really loved that swimming pool. The breakfast is served at the hotel. The studio itself is big enough, clean and good looking. The bed is very comfortable. Th location is not very far from the city center, you can get there by car, bus (bus stop is 10 minutes walk) or by foot (30 minutes walk). There is a big Lidl store nearby. The personnel is really friendly and nice.

The hotel is more than 1.5 km away from the nearest beach. So, it is suitable for people with a car (who knows how to drive in Cyprus). A bus station is about 0.5km away from the hotel. As mentioned, the room was good, except for the blankets, which were not new, they looked dirty and had holes within. Also, the kitchen facilities are not clean, so if you do not want to cook (as we did not), it is not such a big issue.

The personnel was exceptional. they were very polite and servable. The room was enough being and the room service was regular and good. The hotel's surroundings are quiet and there is no noise either in the evening or during the day, so you can sleep as long as you wish.

Spacious, link to the hotel running the apartments. Fanatical room service ladies who will daily scrub the flat and change the sheets and towels. Excellent shower and a/C. Simple but good breakfast.

It smelled a lot of cigarettes, had almost 0 sound proofing (we stayed on 1st floor and it felt as the Cars were passing inside our bedroom). I suppose the floors above wont have the same problem.

Power sockets in Cyprus are different from the rest of Europe! Only in the UK do they use such sockets. The sockets of the European devices do not match these sockets and so you cannot use your devices (phone charger etc) in these sockets. While the hotel should, in my opinion, have provided us with at least 1 plug adapter for European devices, the hotel sold us 1 such adapter for 3 euros, which I find unacceptable since it is the hotel's obligation to provide us with electricity for the our devices. He could be lending us the adapters instead of selling them to us!

The breakfast was very specific! 1 egg + 1 slice of cheese + 1 slice of ham + 1/4 of tomato + 2-3 butter and marmalade portions + 1 glass of orange juice (not fresh) + 2 to 3 slices of white bread for toasts.

There are mini markets and local restaurants and street coffees around the hotel area. 2.100m away is the Finikoudes area, the high touristic spot of Larnaca. At 600m there is the bus stop to/from airport.
